It's possible to do, but not with the BAT - Battery layer as it's currently not working as expected. It looks like none of the Analysis tools will work on it in it's current state. Carmel

Hi Branko, When Libelium fix the issue, then it will be possible to join the data based on the LAT field as long as the field types are the same and there's no conflict between the precision of the figures. Carmel

Hi Branko, Thanks for that - I've ran the analysis and encountered the same error. I've noticed that none of the BAT - Battery features appear on the map, and same with any of the libelium_services layers. How was this created? Do you see the features on the map? There may be a geometry issue. Additionally, when I query the rest end point of the layers (Where = '1=1'), this is what I am returned which I haven't seen before: Carmel

Hi Branco, Are you able to share the layer URLs with us? What kind of data is BAT - Battery? Is it a hosted feature service or did was it a CSV you dragged and dropped on the map? Carmel

Hi Virginia, If a contractor is doing work for your organisation, I believe they can be temporarily added as a member of your ArcGIS Online account and this is withing the licensing agreement - this is worth checking with your Esri account manager! This would save having to transfer/copy content Alternatively, you could use ArcGIS Online Assistant (ArcGIS Online Assistant) to copy content from one ArcGIS Online account to another. I would recommended testing this first on smaller items to ensure it works correctly for you - it works well for me! Carmel

Hi Paul, You can edit the data through the map viewer. Log into Survey123 (http://survey123.arcgis.com/) > Open the survey in question > Data > Click 'Open in Map Viewer' > Edit > Click on a point on the map you want to delete and the Delete button will be in the pop up. If this doesn't work for you, log into www.arcgis.com > Content > find the data and add it to a new map > Edit > Click on a point on the map you want to delete and the Delete button will be in the pop up. Hope that helps! Carmel

Hi Kate, From what I know, sharing isn't necessary to see past maps, but I only use ArcGIS Maps for Office occassionally. If you get an answer, can you share it back here? Thanks! Carmel

Hi Kate, If this is happening more than one person, it might be worth contacting your local Esri technical support team. What version of Office are you using? Are you on Windows? Are you on the latest version of ArcGIS Maps for Office? If you have to create the map again and again, how about sharing the data to ArcGIS Online and each time you can pull that data from ArcGIS rather than recreating it and potentially using credits. Hi Lea, The map should remain in the document Was your Excel document saved as .xls or .xlsx? Are you signed in the exact same account that you made the maps with originally? In the Excel file, what happens if you sign in > go to the ArcGIS Maps tab > Go to Map? Does the map appear there? Carmel

Hi Paul, That's frustrating! Are you an administrator in your ArcGIS Online account? Is it possible that someone enabled 'Allow access to the organization through HTTPS only' in your organisation settings? More information: Configure security settings—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS This would explain why you could no longer navigate to http. Carmel

Hi Dan, Have you used the developer tools before in Chrome? There might be something in there that would point to the issue > Open the map tour > hit Command + Option + I on your keyboard > Network tab > reload the map tour. Send a screenshot of any red errors you see. Like Rupert said, it'll be worth contacting your local Esri support team for assistance too! Carmel
