Hi Melissa, Your screenshot is from the Share option at the top of the Map Journal while editing, instead look to the bottom left (depends on what layout you're using) for the Organize option And in there you'll find the option to export the content Carmel

Hi Katya, It's possible to use the ArcGIS Online Assistant tool (ArcGIS Online Assistant) to copy/migrate content from one ArcGIS Online account to another - I've tested and it also works with copying content from personal accounts to organisational account. Rupert covers some of the things to look out for here: https://community.esri.com/message/726870-re-can-i-have-a-story-map-developed-by-a-contractor-and-have-all-assocated-fil… , like directing your copied app to look at a copied map rather than the one in your personal account. Hi all, I've experienced the "Something went wrong" error as well but I did not get the error 'Failed to create data source ''[/enterpriseDatabases/AGSDataStore_ds_01jhriaz, com.esri.insights.APIException: failed to get data store user info]' Just in case it helps anyone else, restarting the machine and created a brand new workbook in Insights fixed the issue for me. Hi Melissa, Are you purely talking about text content, or do you mean apps, maps & data too? In the Map Journal template, it's possible to export the text content to one page which you can then copy and paste in to your ideal format - this is through the Organize option when editing: This function is not in any of the Story Map Series templates but I haven't checked all the story map templates. Hi Dana, I don't think it's possible to have a direct link between the survey and a storymap, but you could embed a Survey123 web form in a Map Journal side panel, have a web map in the main panel and use Story Map actions (Using Story Map Journal Story Actions | ArcGIS Blog) to direct the user to different locations in the survey. I'm not sure it'd be possible to use the same survey over different sections/tabs. Carmel

Hi Jamal, I've found that services published from ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro behave in the same way with the URL ending in /FeatureServer is added to an ArcGIS Online web map - all layers from the data frame are added in at once. If you're experiencing a different behaviour in Geocortex, their support team might be able to shed more light on that. Do these 3 layers need to be interacted with? Have you considered publishing them as a tile package? Tile package—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop Carmel

Hi Jamal, Do you mean you'd like the 2 layers grouped as one layer? Or do you mean you'd like on URL that would add both layers to the web map at once? Grouping is not possible in ArcGIS Online at the moment. If you'd like a URL that add the 2 layers to a web map at one, simple take the index number off the the end of service URLs shown in your screenshot. For example, for this item https://arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=bfcc2930eac444b4a3b0fe201171cab0 , the service URL for 'Census 2011 - Occupation - Euro Regions' is https://services.arcgis.com/WQ9KVmV6xGGMnCiQ/arcgis/rest/services/UK_Occupation/FeatureServer/0 , but to add all 5 layers to a web map at one, the URL is https://services.arcgis.com/WQ9KVmV6xGGMnCiQ/arcgis/rest/services/UK_Occupation/FeatureServer. Hi Kimberley, I assume you created the customer expressions using Arcade? If so, this functionality is not yet available in Collector - it is in the roadmap and there's more information here: https://community.esri.com/community/gis/applications/collector-for-arcgis/blog/2017/09/06/the-aurora-project Carmel

Hi Teresa, Okay that makes sense! Accessing the Survey123 app using your workflow is a method named users use to access surveys specifically shared with them, but as you note, this isn't possible with your users. For your users, you must supply them with the survey in a different manner. Can you please try this: Log into http://survey123.arcgis.com/ > My Surveys > Open the survey in question Navigate to the Collaborate tab and make sure the survey is shared with Everyone At the bottom, ensure either 'Ask the user how to open the survey, in browser or in the Survey123 field app' or 'Open the survey in the Survey123 field app directly.' is selected Take a copy of the survey link and email it to yourself on your device or type it into a browser Open the link on the device and the Survey123 app will be launched (either immediated or when selected in the browser) and the survey downloaded, ready to be completed by your users. If this doesn't work for you, let us know. How were you planning on letting the general public know about the survey? Is using the app prefered over completing the survey in a browser? Carmel

Hi Katya, The links I sent don't involved publishing the shapefile to ArcGIS Server, the data is publish to ArcGIS Online instead - the data will be stored the same as the it would be if 'Add layer from file' worked for you In ArcMap head to File > Sign In and enter your ArcGIS Online credentials > head to File > Share As > Service... > Publish a service > Under 'Choose a connection', you'll see the name of your ArcGIS Online account, this is what I see: If you want to investigate why your shapefile doesn't work using 'Add layer from file', are you able to attach it here? Hi Katya, If you've run Dissolve and Generalize on the shapefile, I'm assuming you have access to either ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro? If you do, it's possible to publish the shapefile to ArcGIS Online from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro. Using this method means there is no limit on size (that I'm aware of), and you can set additional layer properties like pop ups and symbology. Carmel

Hi Kevin, It sounds like Numbers is the default program for opening .xlsx files, you might be able to tell your machine to open a different program instead. I'm not familiar with Mac but this article might help https://www.imore.com/how-set-mac-app-default-when-opening-file and also the suggestion by peterLAN here https://www.reddit.com/r/google/comments/2v9fk3/any_way_to_set_google_docs_as_the_default_program Carmel
