Hi Chelsea,  Are you using a full ArcGIS Online organisational account? If you have an Organisation option at the top you are. Are you an administrator? It might be worth checking if the sharing publically option has been disabled for your account - head to Organisation > Edit Settings > Security > Sharing and Searching. Hi Terri,  I'm not sure exactly why this happens but it can be due to a disruption in connecting to the network, or a block on your organisation's firewall. If it happens again, try connecting to a different WiFi or a mobile hotspot to see if that makes a difference. Additionally, when you boot up ArcMap, you might notice a globe icon on the bottom right of your taskbar - if you can't sign in, right click on it > Run Connection Test... > Perform Tests and this will help point to where the issue lies.  More information here: FAQ: How do I manage ArcGIS connections to online resources?  Carmel ... Hi Melissa, There might be a workaround depending on if the points are easily filtered based on how frequent they are. If so, add the same layer to the web map twice, apply a filter to the top layer to only display the less frequently drawn points and a filter to the bottom layer to show the most frequently drawn points.  Just be aware that this might impact other widgets looking at this data in WAB.
