Hi anjelina ponkerat, Your issue is most probably caused by differences between the two versions of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript, version 4.9 and 4.11. So, just migrating to the new version apparently is not enough - because this breaks your application. The best way forward is to keep the 4.9 app in production until you have rewritten and fully tested the new 4.11 app. Here you can find a 4.11 sample for the Search Widget | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.11 HTH, Egge-Jan

Good to hear that you managed to solve the issue yourself 🙂 Now you can mark your own answer as the correct one to close the call and mark the question with a green symbol (instead of the question mark in blue). Have a nice day, E-J

Hi Mike Onzay, So, if I read your post well, the issue is already solved, isn't it? Thanks for sharing anyway 🙂 You can mark your question as being answered. Cheers, Egge-Jan

Hi Fugro ICT, Domain values in a File Geodatabase (FGDB) are not stored at Feature Class level, but at FGDB level, i.e. a domain can be used in any Feature Class in the FGDB. This is done by assigning the domain to a certain field in a certain Feature Class. That said, you can list your domain values like this (example taken from the docs: ListDomains—Help | ArcGIS Desktop - replace the Boston.gdb with yours): import arcpy
domains = arcpy.da.ListDomains("C:/Boston/Boston.gdb")
for domain in domains:
print('Domain name: {0}'.format(domain.name))
if domain.domainType == 'CodedValue':
coded_values = domain.codedValues
for val, desc in coded_values.items():
print('{0} : {1}'.format(val, desc))
elif domain.domainType == 'Range':
print('Min: {0}'.format(domain.range[0]))
print('Max: {0}'.format(domain.range[1])) Is this what you are looking for? Egge-Jan

Muy buenas tardes, No somos miembros de su organización Diario ABC de Sevilla, por lo que no podemos ver el mapa. ¿Puede por favor proporcionarnos información adicional sobre su pregunta? ¿Y tal vez una captura de pantalla? We are not a member of your organization Diario ABC de Sevilla, so we are not able to see the map. Can you please provide us with additional information about your question? And maybe a screen capture? Gracias por adelantado, Egge-Jan

Hi Shelby Zemken, In ArcPy the MapDocument class has a property dataDrivenPages that returns a DataDrivenPages object that can then be used to manage the pages in a Data Driven Pages enabled map document. Is this something you could use? If an empty object is returned, Data Driven Pages is most probably turned off or something like that... Here's the documentation: MapDocument—Help | ArcGIS Desktop HTH, Egge-Jan

Hi Ben Cochrane, I think you have to follow the steps below to recreate your legend, because it is correct that - once you have added the second attribute - you are not able any longer to resize the symbols of the first attribute in the legend. So: Temporarily remove the second attribute Resize the symbols for the first attribute Remove the black outlines and replace them by white ones (not obligatory - just a matter of taste) Then reapply the second attribute Now your legend should make your end user happy, right? Hi Allen Scully, Just wondered: would this work for you? https://community.esri.com/people/EPolle_TensingInternational/blog/2019/03/21/a-quick-overview-of-group-membership-in-your-agol-organization I wrote this script for ArcGIS Online, not sure it will work for Portal. It provides an overview of membership by group. You might modify it to filter out just one group. Please let me know what you think. Egge-Jan

Hi Jackie Fisher, The date values in your output are epoch timestamps in milliseconds. The time.ctime() function takes seconds passed since epoch as an argument and returns a string representing local time. So, you have to divide your values by thousand, like this: import time
print(time.ctime(1549492620000.0/1000))
# Output will be:
# Wed Feb 06 23:37:00 2019 For a quick, manual conversion of an epoch timestamp you can have a look at this website: https://www.epochconverter.com/ HTH, Egge-Jan

Hi Lindsay, I think you are right in stating that it is not possible to retrieve the email addresses of members of a group who are not member of your organisation. Recently I wrote a script to get an overview of group membership in an AGOL organization, but I had to jump over all group members outside the organization to avoid the error message "You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation." See the link below for the script (which does not solve your issue): https://community.esri.com/people/EPolle_TensingInternational/blog/2019/03/21/a-quick-overview-of-group-membership-in-your-agol-organization Curious what the solution would be. Hi Richard, Yes, Earl Medina is right: I had exactly the same challenge as you have. I had the geometry of - in my case 12 - provinces and I wanted to create 12 views using the provincial boundaries as 'Area of Interest'. Please let us know whether you managed to create the views for Toronto and the other cities using the script in my blog: https://community.esri.com/people/EPolle_TensingInternational/blog/2019/03/27/create-view-from-hosted-feature-layer-and-define-area-of-interest Cheers, Egge-Jan
