Issue is resolved in production, impact seemed to be centered on currently authenticated ArcGIS users viewing some ArcGIS applications embedded within site/page layouts. Thank you for reporting the issue! We encourage you to report issues directly to Esri Support Services as well given notifications from Esri Community are not sent unless a new post is made or a team member is mentioned.

@GDA3000 please reach out to Esri Support Services, they are best equipped to troubleshoot if there is something specific to your user, organization, or otherwise that is occurring. At this time, I'm able to create sites within "Edit Mode" (existing management experience) and "Workspaces" (next-gen management experience in preview).

Hi @BlakeMorrison - teams management will not be available in workspaces, an exception will be migrating existing teams to groups and sharing the site with them. You will be able to manage the content and membership of migrated teams within your group's workspace. Given workspaces is still in preview, there is not official public documentation. We expect it will become generally available early-Spring 2025 at which time documentation will be updated.

Hi @MarkMenzel2 given your organization is not publicly accessible (allow anonymous is false) the anonymous user cannot access your organization's configuration to determine if an information banner is configured and what that configuration is to display to the anonymous user.
This would be a good Enhancement to log through Esri Support Services with the ArcGIS Online team. I would imagine there are cases where a private organization has an info banner which is only intended for org members; therefore, it may be best to also consider a requirement where the info banner can be set to org-only or public.

Hi @HollyTorpey_LSA there was an intentional change made earlier this year across the ArcGIS platform that changed how PDFs are uploaded and stored within ArcGIS. You can read more about that here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/unable-to-open-pdf-in-agol-only-download-new-as-of/m-p/1389196#M57780.
Unfortunately, there is no method for ArcGIS Hub to override or workaround this change. All PDFs uploaded to ArcGIS since the change (across the platform) are not able to be viewed in the browser. PDFs uploaded previous to this change continue to work as expected. You are welcome to advocate for a change to this behavior with the ArcGIS Online team.

Consider using a calcite link, the icon is specified as a proper of the calcite component and it's sizing is kept aligned with the scale of the link itself: https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/components/link/.
Explore around in the calcite playground and copy/paste the HTML directly into the Text Card's HTML editor. There are more props to include, but it would look something like <calcite-link icon-end="launch" ...more props...>Visit our YouTube channel</calcite-link>.

@lmarun you will get this spacing right out of the box using a calcite button within the Text Card, you can use the Calcite Components explorer to play around with styling and simply copy/paste into your Text Card's HTML editor: https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/components/button/.
At a high-level the basic visual props would be <calcite-button icon-end="launch">Website</calcite-button>.

Hi @AaronCrisanto a similar functionality as to Survey123's translation is not currently available in ArcGIS Hub. Please submit an ENH request with support, it is something we are considering and a formal ENH helps drive priority of enhancements.

Retiring the in-app map editor For the past 4-5 years, we've offered the ability to create web maps from accessible data via the "Create a map" option found on many feature service views. When selected, you had two options: 1) "Start simple" in ArcGIS Hub with limited tools, or 2) open the layer directly in ArcGIS Map Viewer. "Create a map" options offered today. Next week, we will be removing the option to "Start simple" and will continue to offer the ArcGIS Map Viewer option. For now, the latter option will continue to link out to ArcGIS Map Viewer; however, we are working to provide a streamlined embed experience of ArcGIS Map Viewer directly in ArcGIS Hub in the future. What is happening to my "simple" maps? If you are one of the few people who created web maps via ArcGIS Hub's simple map editor, rest assured that your maps will still be editable in ArcGIS Map Viewer. We leverage the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript to create and render all web maps in ArcGIS Hub, so all your styling should continue to be supported and editable. Please engage with Esri Support Services if you find that maps created via ArcGIS Hub's simple map editor are not editable as expected within ArcGIS Map Viewer. What is the future of mapping in ArcGIS Hub? You should expect to see more components of ArcGIS Map Viewer within ArcGIS Hub next year. All product teams have worked internally to ensure components are reusable across applications, including many of the great mapping components and tools that ArcGIS Map Viewer supplies to users. From there, you should expect more opportunities to search for information spatially and a tighter integration with configurations of your web maps, web scenes, and services. This means your service's cartographic configuration will be used to display your feature layer dataset in ArcGIS Hub, replacing the default 'blue' styling.

Hi @Alex-Santos this is an unexpected display regression following an internal update to Hub's version of Calcite components. We are already working on a fix and hope to get it to production as soon as possible.
