By way of update I thought I would upgrade to the latest software for Survey123Connect and republish the survey to see whether that would fix the public sharing. Now when I launch the web survey, the survey appears briefly and then switches to this new message screen below without any prompt for login:- Here is the link to the survey https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/56883c4a36c04a11b21c9bb9c12b4de4 The survey is still running OK in the Survey123 app. Tom

Thanks, that created the fieldworker view, and the fieldworker view and corresponding form have been shared publicly. However, when opening the form in a web browser I am still prompted for an account login. I am intending to share the form publicly. Do you have any other suggestions to pinpoint a possible solution to the public sharing issue? Appreciate your assistance with this. Thanks, Tom

Thanks Brandon, I've been assigned 'Creator' role with the description below. As mentioned though, the ability to publish publicly has been assigned to the Administrator of the account only. Regards, Tom

Hi, I have a survey created in Connect which I'm trying to create the fieldworker view by also enabling public sharing under 'Collaborate' in survey123.arcgis.com. The survey has been enabled for public viewing in AGOL by my account administrator. I am the owner of the survey, but because I am not Administrator of the account the option for public sharing is not available under 'Collaborate'. My survey does not appear when the Administrator of the account logs in under survey123.arcgis.com. Is there a way to create the fieldworker view in this scenario? Thanks, Tom

Hi Jonathon, my situation is similar (form created in Connect) and wanting to create a fieldworker view. But I am not administrator of my organisational account. So I had the account administrator publish the survey form only in ArcGIS online as below, but when I open the survey in survey123.arcgis.com, because I am not the Administrator of the account, I don't have the public sharing options under the Collaborate view. Is there another way to create the fieldworker view from a survey created in Connect? Thanks, Tom

OK thanks Phil. My organisation is using App Locker for Windows 10 which restricts me from launching from the default location (my user profile on the c:drive). Have you encountered this issue elsewhere? Trying to find a workaround with my IT section but they are not moving much. Thanks Tom.

Hi Phil, yes it's a csv file that exists in media folder only (not external_choices list), used by pulldata(). I have now tried deleting the survey within the app and downloading it again, and after that uninstalling the app, installing again, then downloading the survey. But the csv changes aren't being recognised. Not sure if this is relevant but due restrictions in my workplace IT environment, when I unistall/re-install the software I don't allow the install to take place into the default location - C:\Users\tomhu\Applications\ArcGIS\Survey123forArcGIS. I create a Folder and put it under C:\Program Files \Survey123. Could that somehow be part of my issue? Thanks Tom

Hi, I reduced the length of some cell entries in my look-up csv table (deleted some some of the text) and republished in connect. However, after downloading the updated survey again in the survey123 app, the desired look-up changes are not showing in the survey. How can I refresh in the survey123 app to show the changes in my csv look-up table? Thanks Tom.

Hi, I entered numbers 0-5 in the name column of my select_one survey question (as below) expecting to be able to use the numeric name values in the resulting AGOL feature service. However, survey123 seems to be passing along the label value instead (as below). Is there a setting to alter this? I want the name value (the number not the label) to appear. Thanks, Tom

Hi Joe, did you adequately resolve this issue? I am now getting the same problem when I use old survey spreadsheets to start a new survey. It hadn't previously caused this problem so I am unclear as to what has changed. Thanks, Tom

I have been troubleshooting an issue with webforms which I can't resolve. The webform lodges just fine when not shared, but if I share the webform publicly I receive the following error message when I attempt to lodge the webform:- Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined (from Chrome browser) and from Firefox I get - b.fields is undefined. The same webform (and same webform answers) submits OK when not shared publicly. Any assistance would be gratefully received. Thanks, Tom

Hi James, by way of update, I am still searching for a way to have the location information populate a geopoint question on a web form. I understand pulling lat long from a csv doesn't function in a web form and I have also tried the method described in the sample templates where the coordinates are part of the name field which also doesn't seem to work in the web form. Is there a solution yet to having this functionality in web forms? Thanks Tom

Found the issue. It was a join I had left open in AGOL.

Hi, the hosted feature layer associated with my survey was working fine but is now somehow missing three question columns (not sure how this occurred I can only think it somehow became corrupted when I was joining the hosted feature layer with a table in Arc pro). Anyway, I have the original survey submissions in the outbox of the app but resubmitting to the corrupted hosted feature layer does not help re-instate the missing survey questions. The survey will re-send OK from the app to the corrupted hosted feature layer without errors, but the associated columns in the updated feature layer do not translate across, those columns are simply not there any more. So I can republish the survey from Connect to create another 'clean' hosted feature layer, but is there any way to re-publish the surveys in the apps outbox to the new feature layer? Thanks, Tom.
