Survey123 passing label value not name value to feature service

Hi, I entered numbers 0-5 in the name column of my select_one survey question (as below) expecting to be able to use the numeric name values in the resulting AGOL feature service.

However, survey123 seems to be passing along the label value instead (as below). Is there a setting to alter this? I want the name value (the number not the label) to appear. Thanks, Tom

Hi Tom,

it's a bit strange what you are asking...I'm not sure of what is the issue there.

This is the same beahviour of attribute tabel in ArcMap when you define a Domain: what you see is description associated to coded value, not value. But in every record is stored the value.
