So I wonder if the behavior you're seeing is related to BUG-000176312 - "When creating a polygon feature using the COGO Traverse tool, the Finish button in the tool's pane finishes the drawing differently than the Finish button on the Edit toolbar."  It was reproduced in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.3 and is in the Product Plan to be fixed. @HollyTorpey_LSA - what release of ArcGIS Pro are you running?  The reason I ask is there is: BUG-000166170- When sharing the project as a project template, toolboxes are not retained even when selecting the option of include toolboxes. Perhaps the easiest way to do this is to have 2 layers in the Map View.  The first layer is the one with all the zipcode polygons.  The second layer in the Map View is the merged A0AB** polygons and the A0AC** polygons layer.  Using scale dependecies for each layer - help documentation here - the first layer visibility turns on at say 1:12000 and lower (1:1000 for example) while the second layer turns off.  When the user zooms out beyond 1:12000, the first layer turns off and the second layer turns on.  You can set the label for each layer to display those fields of interest.  Let me know if you have additional questions and I'd be happy to assist. ... This is very good to know as I was banging my head trying to figure out where the "uninstall" features for service packs were moved to in Windows 11.  It's a little crazy in 2025 that MS is forcing the user to return to a command prompt to remove items such as this.  But thank-you for this information - now I know! ... So it appears that this darkening/circular area is by design in the Firefly Imagery basemap.  In this ArcGIS Blog article - Firefly Imagery Updates - it mentions "The previous version of Firefly had a vignette, darkening the poles. This newest version still has the vignette, which is an important aesthetic of Firefly cartography, but it is greatly reduced to better accommodate near-polar applications."  I have not heard the term "vignette" before so found an article by John Nelson (Esri) where he talks about this cartographic technique.  You may reference the blog article here - Steal These Vignettes Please Hope this helps! ... @AndreaB_ - did you see this bug again after updating to ArcGIS 3.3.5?  If so, on a Windows 10 PC, you can uninstall 3.3.5 by going to the Control Panel in Windows -> click Uninstall a program under the Programs header.  On the left side of the Window, click View Installed Updates.  Then you can select the 3.3.5 update and remove it.  Test your workflows again and see if the issue persists or not.  I'm currently running ArcGIS Pro 3.5.3 so a few releases newer. ...
