With regard to what ArcGIS Server Basic can do - please see the following URL about licensed functionality. In addition to the Server Help, there's a great (albeit somewhat dated) ArcGIS for Server Functionality matrix that may assist with your question.

There are many ways to migrate data from single user (i.e. file geodatabase) to a multiuser geodatabase. Please see the following help topic for several ideas.

Understand where you're coming from Sean. There is a "Calculate Geometry in ArcGIS Pro" idea that you can vote on currently. Not the ideal solution certainly but a way to get this on the radar for the Pro Dev Team.

Alice - I found something similar on the Esri Support Services site. The resolution for that particular crash was the following - "Edited ArcMap compatibility settings -> Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.x\bin and right click on the ArcMap Icon and select Properties. Under Compatibility, change the application to execute in Windows 7 settings, if necessary. Also, check the box next to "Disable scaling on high DPI"." You may want to try this to determine if ArcMap will respond normally.

Indeed. Pro has advanced considerably from the 1.0 release and still has some work ahead of it certainly. Prior to my reply, I created a non-versioned feature class in PostgreSQL in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 to test the non-versioned editing workflow. My save/discard buttons were grayed out as well. The "edit session" automatically saved each edit and did not give me the option to discard edits by not saving the edit session. Essentially, when you click the Edit core tab, it starts an edit session in Pro. As you know, there is no "stop editing" command in Pro. This process is initiated when the user clicks on another core/contextual tab. In my conversation with one of the Pro Dev Team - "Currently, when editing nonversioned data within an enterprise geodatabase- there is no ability to undo edits, or discard / not save edits once edits are made. This is because the first edit in the edit session begins the database transaction and the individual edit operations performed are committed to the database as a single transaction. When editing nonversioned data in ArcGIS Pro, each transaction is automatically committed to the database without needing to 'save' the edits."

Sean - you could use the Add Geometry Attributes GP tool on the selected records and obtain the Point x, y, z and m coordinates. In the GP parameters, set the Coordinate System to WGS1984 to obtain the lat/long fields. Hope this helps!

From the What's New in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 Help: What's new in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 At this release, the ArcGIS Pro version number changed from 1.x to 2.0. ArcGIS Pro adheres to the semantic versioning specification, which defines versions in a "major.minor.patch" versioning scheme. This version of ArcGIS Pro is a major release. In contrast to a minor or patch release, a major release introduces backwards incompatible changes. These include compatibility changes for ArcGIS Pro project (.aprx) files and other ArcGIS Pro document formats, and breaking API changes in the ArcGIS Pro SDK for Microsoft .NET. The list below provides additional detail regarding compatibility changes between older versions and ArcGIS Pro 2.0. ArcGIS Pro document files (project, project template, layer, map, and layout files): ArcGIS Pro document files are forward and backward compatible between minor releases, such as 1.4 and 1.3. Since ArcGIS Pro 2.0 is a major release, these files will be forward compatible only. This means future versions of ArcGIS Pro will be able to open them, but older versions such as 1.4 cannot. You cannot directly save a copy of an ArcGIS Pro 2.0 project that can be opened with any 1.x version of ArcGIS Pro. A project package created using ArcGIS Pro 2.0 contains 2.0 and 1.x versions of the project, so it can be opened in any version. The appropriate project for the version of ArcGIS Pro you are using will be opened. For more information, see Save a project.

From a very similar Esri Support Services incident: Please go to the ArcGIS Pro python window and type "import pandas" and see if this successfully imports. If you need help with this please let me know. Additionally, go to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3 and launch python.exe. In the command line type import pandas and see if this successfully imports. If it does not import than you likely have an issue with your python install and I will recommend deleting the arcgispro-py3 folder and running a repair on the software.

Luke - there was a similar question for ArcGIS Pro 2.0 - Frequently asked questions If I choose to use the Named User license, but later go off maintenance and my Named User account expires, can I still switch my Named User license to Concurrent Use or Single Use? Yes, you will be able to provision the Concurrent Use or Single Use licenses through My Esri, and continue to use the software and access projects. However, you will no longer receive updates to the software. You can choose to get back on maintenance at any time at the Esri Maintenance Program page. Hope this helps!

La Ode Abdul Hafid - in reviewing this question, is the data you're working on from the Getting to Know ArcGIS Pro from EsriPress? The screenshot looks like data from a lesson there based upon a support incident I'm seeing. If so, it is a BUG referenced below: [#BUG-000104025 : Pro crashes when trying to Calculate Field on a new field in a joined table with data from the Getting to Know ArcGIS Pro EsriPress book.] The workaround for this issue is to modify the CSV file using the following workflow: 1. Open the referenced household_income.csv file. 2. Locate and modify the record containing the HHINCOME value of “2,500-” to read “2500” instead. 3. Clear the contents of the HHINCOME field for those records containing dashes. 4. Alter the “GEO.id”, “GEO.display-label”, “GEO.id2” column headers to remove the special characters. 6. Save the CSV file and step through the workflow again. No crash will be encountered.
