This sounds like a BUG to me. If I use the Select command from the Map core tab, it doesn't change to the Pan command. If I use the Select command from the Edit core tab, it does change to the Pan command. I recommend logging a Bug report with Esri Support Services.

I'd recommend creating a mosaic dataset within a geodatabase using the directions within the online help. One nice thing about Mosaic Datasets is they work with various coordinate systems with the Image. It "may" resolve the issue of spanning UTM zones.

The only hyperlink functions I'm aware of is when one configures a pop-up for this behavior. Is it something like this? I'm not 100% clear on what you're trying to do.

Question for you - are you using a Mosaic Dataset or merging all the DEM rasters into a new single mosaicked raster dataset?

Are you using ArcMap 10.6.x or earlier? And are you using PostgreSQL 10.x? If so, then you'll need to upgrade your ArcMap to 10.7 and copy the latest ST_GEOMETRY.DLL to your C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\10\lib so that AGP 2.3.x and ArcMap 10.7.x can use the same *.dll to create the enterprise geodatabase. I saw this error when I upgraded PostgreSQL from 9.5 to 10.0. I'm now at ArcMap 10.7.0 and ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2 and can create enterprise geodatabases in both for a PostgreSQL RDBMS. If it's not possible to upgrade your ArcMap to 10.7.0, then you can continue to create your enterprise geodatabases in ArcMap and then make database connections to them in AGP. Or downgrade to an earlier version of PostgreSQL??? Hope this helps.

RMSE is supported and reported in AGP - there's a usability bug referenced above to Jamal. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/imagery/overview-of-georeferencing.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_61F70AE3AC6C47559B3C03C74F093505

Jamal - there is a usability bug for this. It's in the Product Plan to be improved but do not know what future release. BUG-000112904 : The box that displays information regarding transformation type, number of control points, and total RMS errors while georeferencing a raster dataset is in an inconvenient location.

I understand what you're saying Ted. Realize that I'm an Instructor rather than an ArcGIS Pro developer. The only thing I can say is that the AGP Team do read the GeoNet threads and take your messages seriously. I don't know the underpinnings of why *.mdb's are not supported in AGP. Perhaps Kory Kramer may be able to provide additional information.

Do you mean two polygon feature classes as a single web feature layer? Or two polygons in a single feature class as a multipart polygon as a single web feature layer?

Alex - as I work in Esri Training Services, I have zero sway in if/how/when *.mdb will or will not be supported in AGP - that's above my pay grade as it were. Esri staff does read/review/answer the GeoNet threads daily and attempt to find answers. With regard to the File Geodatabase API, this has been available for quite some time to the public. Initially announced December 13, 2010, one can download the latest API here. For the time being, the workflow you mentioned of using ArcCatalog to use *.mdb's and converting to *.gdbs (to work in AGP) is the recommended approach. You may want to create a model in Modelbuilder to optimize the workflow. Hope this helps.
