Hi Anthony - it's possible I guess.  I'm not seeing any particular BUG ID that pops-up on the Esri internals about this behavior.  It's possible you have a corrupt geodatabase and/or feature class.  To test,create a new file geodatabase followed by a copy/paste of the problem feature class.  From there, try to do attribute edits in the attribute table as you normally would do.  Does the error persist? One thing I did see that caused a few customers issues was incremental backups on a file geodatabase using a Windows back-up/restore operation referenced here.  Do your IT folks conduct Windows back-up/restore operations? ... Tim - are you looking for the layout graphic text to rotate when the map view rotates?  If this is the case, then the layout graphic text is on the virtual page not the map view - so no this is not possible.  If on the other hand you're using geodatabase annotation, then this is a layer in the Map View (technically it's a polygon feature class).  If you rotate the map view then the data rotates with it as well.  Hope this helps! ... Blake - if you export the layout to *.jpg or *.tif, does the same disappearing feature disappear?  One workflow you could try is copy the Phase 6 layer to a new geodatabase feature class and add it to the Map View.  Delete the old geodatabase feature class then export to *.pdf again.  Does the feature still disappear? ... James - thx for the response.  If you would, try the following workflow to determine if this resolves the issue. Clear the cache for each feature layer by right clicking on the feature layer->properties->cache->clear cache->OK. Recalculate the Spatial Index by right clicking on the feature layer>properties->indexes->spatial index->recalculate->OK Does issue persist? To determine straight line distances between hospitals and ambulances, I'd recommend the following workflow. 1.  Run the NEAR geoprocessing tool with your input as ambulances and your near feature hospitals.  Be sure to check the box next to Location (optional) as this will generate the XY coordinates of the closest hospital to the nearest ambulance. 2.  Run the Add XY Coordinates GP tool using ambulances as the Input Features parameter. 3.  Run the XY to Line GP tool with Ambulances as your Input Table, your output feature class to be written, StartX field as POINT_X, StartY Field as POINT_Y, End X Field as NEAR_X, End Y Field as NEAR_Y, Line Type as Geodesic and ID (Optional) as NEAR_ID 4.  Symbolize the new layer.  Now you have a Spider Diagram as listed in your question. One way is to go to the Portal Item "metadata" page for the Hosted Feature Layer and see if there's the Export Data options enabled on the right to export to shp/csv/kml/fgdb/etc.  If that's not there, then see if there's a dropdown for Open in ArcGIS Desktop (Pro or ArcMap).  If so, add it to either one, then in the Contents Pane/Window, right click on the hosted feature layer and select Data->Export Features (AGP) workflow or similar in ArcMap. ... Erin - I found a few workflows here that may work for you.  One involves using the Domain to Table GP tool from the source geodatabase followed by using the Table to Domain GP tool on the target geodatabase.  Another is the use of exporting the source geodatabase as an XML file (schema only) and importing the XML workspace document in the target geodatabase.  Those workflows can be viewed here.
