Hi Bob, What areas are you checking with barcode scanner? We did fixed quite a few internally with 3.10 version for performace issue. For public salesforce issues, here are few we fixed previously and with 3.10: BUG-000121080 Barcodes cannot be scanned properly on some Android devices (Fixed in 3.6) ENH-000116357 With Survey123 for ArcGIS, allow barcodes to be used to search for existing features in the Inbox (Fixed in 3.10) ENH-000127282 Unable to scan barcodes with reflective non-white background (Fixed in 3.10)

Hi Matt, The issue you described is a salesforce issue which has been closed for version 3.6, but I was able to repro the same with 3.10. This might be a regression issue. We will investigate this further. Hi Michael, You can set the multiple submission setting from survey123 website>Survey_name>Collaborate>Share Survey>Multiple Submissions>Only one submission is allowed per submitter.

Hi Radka, Have you subscribed to your EAC yet? Using 3.10(will be released soon) version of Survey123, you could set a default basemap using the linked content in Connect. Hi C N, The existing surveys in the Outbox will remain and if you update the form, the form with the previous records will still remain. When you update the survey in the field app, the new form will be honored( readonly->editable) and the records will stay when you open them in the Outbox. So you should not need to worry about the data lost when you update the form without changing your schema.

Hi Bob, Could you try to delete the .json file from C:\Users\<user_name>\ArcGIS\AppStudio\Settings and reinstal the connect again to see if the problem still persists? Did you also encounter the same issue with field app installed on the same Windows 10 OS?

Hi Rafael, Thanks for the additional information. I did a quick test with 3.9.149 on my Pixel3 android 10 but I wasn't able to reproduce the behavior you described. Could this table be upgraded to the latest android version? Is the same survey form working with other similar android tablets? How about iPad? If the issue only occurred with this particular Samsung Tablet device, I'd suggest you contact Esri Support to log a ticket so that we can get a reproducible case in house, in order to investigate this further. In a normal case, when you fill in the survey and leave survey 123 app(in background) to switch to other apps, you should be able to get back to survey123 and all data should stay. Unless you close the survey without sending or saving, the survey will ask you to "Delete" or "Continue", which will resume the previous data. We would definitely need more details to investigate this and a ticket with Esri Support would help us to get a repro case in house. Thanks,

Hi Patrick, As you are using the Inbox features, the issue might be related to the data sync with feature service and also the network performance. Your feature service seems to be working fine as you mentinoed only two field workers are having this issue. The the sent survey failed, does the survey saved in Outbox? Ot the survey was gone after receiving the error? When the field workers encounter this issue, I would suggest to check if the network is ok on the device to allow data transfering. And also check to see if survey will automatically save in Outbox(I assume yes) to allow sending them at later time when the network is resumed. Thanks,

Hi Adrian, Currently we haven't support customizing "Press here to submit another survey." I will suggest you to contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly. Hi Adrian, The issue you are running into was an existing salesforce issue, which is BUG-000126444 Unable to select the Single Choice, Multiple Choice and Single Choice Grid questions if the Survey123 for ArcGIS form is created with the Survey123 for ArcGIS website and uses one of the image themes. Hi Rafael, Could you provide more information on the mobile device where the problem occurred? What model is the mobile device and what OS version does the device run on? And what version of field app is being used on that device. If the survey is not sent but closed unexpectly, the data should be recovered when openning the app again. More details on the issue would help us to identify what the issue might be.

Hi Adrian, I don't have Samsung S10 but tried with Pixel3 whiich is running with Android 10, published a select one survey from web designer and used field app production 3.9 version and it seems to be fine. Did the select one issue happened with all of your web designer surveys? Or just a particular survey?
