Hello @RalphPlummer, The report that I've seen is over 250 choices for a single choice list not so much all the choices combined. I don't think the issue would stem from spaces between choice lists. When you save your XLSForm Survey123 converts it into a format that it then reads from, Survey123 doesn't read from the XLSForm directly. During that conversion process those extra spaces are removed and don't show up in the converted format.

Hello @CarissaPhantom, You'll likely need to use the concat() function to append quotes around the ${username} question. What I would suggest is concat("AssignedInspector3 = '", ${username}, "' OR highRISK='Contractor BMP Required') or even AssignedInspector3 = concat("'",${username},"'") OR highRISK='Contractor BMP Required' should work

Hello @AlexRudowski, When you see the report fail to generate in Integromat does it also fail from the Survey123 website Data tab or does it work from the Data tab?

Hello @DevlinHutchins, Just to confirm if you submit a new survey with a signature, then create the report that works, the issue is only when you re-edit that survey and then create another report? This is to make sure that the behavior is present on new records created and not just on older records that have been in the data for a while.

Hello @RalphPlummer, This behavior has been logged as BUG-000144684, one workaround would be to migrate choice lists that have over 250 choices to external CSV's and use select_x_from_file.

Hello @JenAmes, If possible would you be able to provide a copy of your XLSForm for testing on our end? I've tested with a simple survey and the calculation is working correctly.

Hello @PanGIS, If your survey has a lot of choice lists and choices in the choices worksheet, I would suggest migrating the choice lists to external CSV's in the media folder as that will help improve the form load time. If you also have a lot of choices I would suggest using minimal or autocomplete appearance as that will reduce the form render time and will improve the form performance. Another area where Connect could slow down is if there are a lot of surveys in the My Survey Designs folder on your machine. If you copy surveys out of that folder to another folder on the machine may help improve Connect's performance. The best way to understand what's causing the slowdown is to capture a diagnostic log when the behavior is happening.

Hello @newwollyka, You can use the indexed-repeat() function to obtain the value of the floor from the previous repeat and use a constraint to ensure the value entered is less than the previous value. I've attached a sample XLSForm that shows one way to implement the workflow. Please see this link for more information on formulas in ArcGIS Survey123.

Hello @AnthonyCastelletto, Can you please elaborate more on where you are displaying your survey results? In most clients the choice label will display instead of the name, in the label you can use spaces for your choices which will make the choices appear as expected.

Hello @danbecker, The `created_date` field is part of the editor tracking fields created with the feature service. The `created_date` field is the time at which the record was created in your ArcGIS organization's feature service.
