Hello @AnnetteL,  I would suggest checking out the pulldata() function. You can store all this information in a CSV file and when the user enters their unique number you can populate information from the CSV for the record that matches the unique number.  Please see the Use existing data in your survey - the pulldata() function Esri Community blog for information to help get started. Hello @RHammers,  Are you generating sample reports or full reports? Sample reports are expected to have lower quality compared to generating a full report.  You can also use the getValue:"" syntax to insert the original image. Hello @lannguyentl,  You can copy the MMPK to the ./ArcGIS/My Surveys/Maps folder on the device and that MMPK will then be available for all surveys downloaded on the device instead of a per survey basis. Please see the Copy a map package directly to a device documentation for more information.  As for sharing MMPK's across app, due to iOS and Android OS limitations this is not possible. For security reasons both iOS and Android limit application storage so that apps can only access it's own data meaning Survey123 only has access to it's own files and cannot access files for Field Maps or QuickCapture.  ... Hello @CarrieKeneally1,  If you published your survey through the Survey123 web designer you can add your new questions to the survey and republish. The Survey123 web designer will add the fields to the feature service automatically.  If you published your survey through Survey123 Connect and you don't have a submission_url set in the settings worksheet of your XLSForm, you can add the new questions to the survey and republish, Survey123 Connect will ask you to add the fields to the feature service.  If you have a submission_url set in the settings worksheet of your XLSForm, you will need to add the new fields to the feature service before adding the questions to the survey.  ...
