Hello @ZenMasterZeke,  The Database Tools beta feature is meant for troubleshooting, what is does is opens the SQLite database that the Survey123 field app uses to store data. Essentially the equivalent of a read only DB Browser directly in Connect.  We don't recommend having Database Tools enabled in Connect because it will cause read/write lock issues in the SQLite database if both Connect and the field app are open at the same time.  ... Hello @pmccord, You won't need to use the if() function in the readonly expression. You should be able to use ${theusername} = "pmccord" in the readonly column for the questions you want to be readonly and for the questions you want readonly for the other users you can use ${theusername} != "pmccord" as the readonly expression.  ... Hello @JeffSilberberg,  There is no linkage between the webhook and the feature service. When a webhook is configured with a Survey123 survey, when Survey123 submits a response it sends an applyEdits request to the feature service, then sends a seperate request to the payload URL for the feature service with the same JSON send to the applyEdits endpoint.  The /updateFeatures REST API resource would be used if you wanted to update the data in the feature service. If you just need the data that exists in the record you can use the /query API endpoint.  ... View more

Hello @HenryPoole,  If you would like to use CruiseData and the layer the survey submits to you would need to remove all the questions before the begin repeat question as well as the repeat itself.    That message is indicating that you have questions in your survey that either do not have corresponding fields in the respective layer or the value in the name column of your XLSForm does not match the name of the field in the feature service.    Please see the Use Survey123 with existing feature layers documentation for more information.  ... Hello @Robert_King,  Assuming overall_safetyppe and general_overall_excavation are integer field types, in your report template you can use the syntax ${overall_safetyppe + general_overall_excavation}. Please see the Numbers section of the Feature report templates documentation for more information.  The report engine has limited formula support and the int() function is not supported. If the two fields are text fields I would suggest performing the calculation in the survey using the calculation column of the surveys XLSForm.    ... View more

Hello @santamariaa,  Are you using the Survey123 field app or web app? You mentioned opening the survey in a Dashboard so it sounds like you may be using the web app.  At this time the web app does not support expressions in the read only column. Please see the Form expressions documentation for reference. We have ENH-000140250 in our backlog to support this in the future. Hello @MichaelaOwens,  Are your colleagues able to export the data from the item details page for the feature service directly in your content?  Do your colleagues also have the privilege to create content in their account? When someone exports data ArcGIS Online creates an item in the root folder of their content for the exported item. Hello @EleanorSwensson, Survey ownership can be shared for surveys created in the Survey123 website, but unfortunatly at this time is not supported in Survey123 Connect. Please see the Share survey ownership documentation for more information.  We have ENH-000138091 logged to support this in Connect in the future but is in our backlog.
