Unfortunately, all web browsers will cache website content and cookies to make the Web more efficient. It's something we all have to deal with when we make a change to any web content. In a web browser session pressing <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Del> will bring up the dialogue to clear your browser cache and cookies. Even for users that are not "tech savvy" it is very simple to clear the cache and cookies. I beleive this keyboard short cut works with all browsers. I just tested it with Chrome, Edge and Firefox on my Windows PC. Bernie.

I tried looking at a credit report in AGOL. The report listed "views" but it was for views of the item details page for the Vector tile basemap - not views of the vector tiles.

Nadja, Thanks for the clarification. I thought you were publishing the WFS. Without doing some research and testing I think your only option is to scrape the data from the WFS service and then do your analysis locally. You could also ask the data publisher if they also provide a download of the data. Here is a Google search with some promising results. Good luck, Bernie.

Matt, I see you work for a city government. Does your question refer to open data or does this data need to be secure? I am in a similar situation - I work for a provincial government in Canada. We publish many map services. All of our map services are public (https://geonb.snb.ca/arcgis/rest/services). We only use ArcGIS Server. We have not deployed Enterprise / Portal. We use ArcGIS Online to create and publish map viewers that directly consume our map services. We do not have a need to duplicate our datasets in AGOL. Your situation may be different. But our situation does not require our data to be duplicated in AGOL. Cheers, Bernie.

Nadja, I am not an expert but here are some opinions: If you need access to millions of data points why not just use desktop GIS to connect directly to your database? Using a map service or feature service to acess the data is just going to slow down the analysis. If you must use a map service or feature service there are methods to send multiple requests to retrieve all of the required records. If the max record count is 2000 you can get 2000 records with the first request and then 2000 more with the second request, etc., etc., until your user has the entire dataset. I expect this will require the creation of a custom widget (that you will have to create) to allow your users to retreive all of the records via an ArcGIS map or feature service. Essentially, your users will be using a custom widget to access the service to retrieve an entire copy of the feature class and store it locally in a data structure on their own computer. This does not sound efficient. This is also the definition of "data scraping". Perhaps it would be smarter to create a geoprocessing service that you host on your server that can directly access the entire feature class from your database. Good luck. Bernie.

Divide by 2 and check for a remainder. If the remainder is 0 its and even number. Use the Modulus (%) operator in Arcade to get the remainder. Bernie.

@Martin1 the next thing I would try is stopping and restarting the probelmatic services. If that does not resolve the problem I would do a server reboot on the machine you suspect is failing to draw. And If that does not resolve the problem I would reboot the other server. Good luck.

@Martin1 Most likely your web adaptor is sending every other request to the second server and it is failing to draw or retrieve the data. Do both servers access the same source of the data? Or does each server have its own copy of the data? Restart the services that are causing this problem or reboot the malfunctioning server. In your ArcGIS Server logs the error messages will include the machine name. You should see more failures on the malfunctioning machine. Bernie.

@Martin1 it certainly does look like missing tiles. Is there more than one ArcGIS Server machine? It could be that the service is failing on one of the machines. What is the MaxRecordCount for this service? Are you exceeding this limit? Bernie.

Ok, I understand your question better now. It sounds like you need to build an Experience Builder app that will display a map of your infrastructure network and allow users to query your data to see how much capacity is available along a path. This will be a complex application and its not possible to provide a full answer here. Bernie.

If you want to offer managed GIS services why not build it on an open source GIS stack with Geoserver or Mapserver? And save yourself all of the Esri licensing fees.
