Hi! I am working on a form in Web Designer and would like to change the Instance Name in the Field App. I can find documentation on how to change the Instance name using connect, but can't find anything that definitively says this can or cannot be done in the web designer. Anyone out there have a definitive answer? I'm pretty sure it's a no, but asking in case. Thanks.

This would also be great for collecting multiple environmental samples from a single site. To be able to fill in something like sample type, then the specifics of weight or volume and easily go back and forth between records would help that workflow as well.

Hi @Shwu-jingJeng , Thank you for the suggestion. I appreciate the help. The form in fairly new and I just verified that the Always use the latest version, so I think it was using the latest version anyway. The rules seem to working with a brand new form, so it appears to be an issue with the existing form. I tried to use the Save As... from the Survey123 home page to create a form in the latest version without remaking the whole form. Even with the newly saved form, it will not retail the rules. Maybe there's another issue? I would really rather not have to remake the whole thing. Here's a screenshot of the form with one of the rules I'm trying to set (none of them will set anywhere in the form). In this case, I want the Note to only show if the person selects "Go" and not show if they select "No". Thank you in advance for any help on this.

I am having trouble with the Survey123 Web Designer. I have designed a survey with a "gateway" question (if this is yes, go on - if no show a message and allow to submit). I set the rules for the "gateway" question so that if yes, the next questions show - if not, they are hidden. When I save the form and preview or publish it, the rules go away and do not work. I have tried multiple times and even removing the question and adding in a fresh version. Nothing seems to work. There have been other posts about groups causing an issue with rules. My rule question is not in a group, but it does refer to questions in a groups, if that's relevant. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I am working on a dashboard in ArcGIS Online. I have a Feature Service that gets data from a Survey123 Form. One of the questions is a select one question, so the field is a coded string. When I attempt to use it to filter data for a gauge (or other elements) on a Dashboard, the preview shows a yellow triangle and says "Cannot Access Data". The actual element in the dashboard just loads and loads with no end. When a use a different field in the same Feature Service (not a coded string), everything in the dashboard works as expected. This same thing happens when I use a View of the data or the data itself. Is this a bug/limitation of the dashboard or something in my particular feature service? If it's a bug, does anyone have a workaround? The data is updated regularly and the dashboard needs to display the most current data, so something automated would be far preferred to a manual process. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, I am working on a Survey123 Feature Report Template. I have a location ID number (i.e. 12345) and I am trying to display it without a comma. Is there a number formatting command I can use to override the default comma placement? Right now, the number prints as "12,345". I would like "12345". Thank you in advance for any advice or direction.

I am having the same issue with Collector and Field Maps. Once I set an offline area, the map will not return to "online" mode. I created adn deleted the offline areas on Friday. In fact, I deleted all the offline areas today and the map will not switch back to "online" mode. I was able to return to online mode with a new map (same layers - no change in sharing). I'm concerned about pre-generating offline areas now because I don't want to have to keep re-creating my map.

I am looking for a way to edit a form created in Survey123 Connect using the Web Designer. I know this is not normally allowed because of different capabilities, but, is there any way to do that short of recreating the form(s) from scratch? I am hoping to get around some recent technical issues with remote work (they are on my side, not ESRI's) and use the Web Designer more. I like the access to bells and whistles though, so almost all of my forms were created with Connect. I can remove unsupported capabilities and change things around if needed, as long as I can use the web designer to edit moving forward. Any advice/solutions that are not completely recreating the form in Web Designer (and moving the data into the newly created Feature Service, etc.) are appreciated. Thank you.

Maybe this is a question better suited for Apple forums, but I'll ask it here anyway. Hopefully someone else has dealt with this and has a solution. I'm very new to app development and I am looking for a way to simulate my location on my work iPad (and maybe even movement along a route) for testing and demonstration purposes. It's a work device and so is my computer, so both have some restrictions in place by our IT department. Also, after some internet research, I am using a PC (not Mac) computer, so I can't do the developer things through iOS.
