Hi All, I have a very peculiar situation that I have noticed lately with the updates with ArcGIS Pro. So, I am running arcgis pro on my laptop and my desktop. I started off with arcgis pro on both the environments and somehow, I was able to get the update for the 2.2.3 on my laptop (which is expected) but I haven’t yet received any update for the same on my desktop. I am logged in the same arcgis organizational account on both arcgis pro and they use the same network. I have even tried logging out and check for updates and result is the same. Additionally, I tried logging in with a different arcgis organizational account and yet it fails to update the software. The way I see it the update delivery should not affect with the arcgis organizational account login, provided the account is not suspended or deleted. Can anyone tell me what am I missing here? I have also attached the arcgis pro version details screenshots of the desktop and the laptop. arcgis pro on desktop arcgis pro on laptop Any suggestions will be appreciated. ~Shan

Gail, When you change the buttons to large in the arcmap using Displaying toolbars with large icons—Help | ArcGIS Desktop it only affects the icons on the menu bar and toolbars that are docked. If you want to make the icons within docked windows bigger you will have to change to machine's display settings. Try https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4027860/windows-10-view-display-settings I hope this helps! ~Shan

Jay, Since the data is bound to update (addition of missing coordinates) you can use the Make XY Event Layer—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop but do not export the file as it will become permanent. Save the project. Now once you receive the coordinates for the points missing them, you can simply update them in the input .csv and the points geometry in the XY Event layer will be automatically updated. You will not have to update the attribute table and export or get into other editing issues. I hope this helps! ~Shan

The output tables from the first model do they have the same schema? If they do you can simply use the Append—Help | ArcGIS Desktop instead the merge. Maybe, the merge doesn't play well with the first half of the model. Besides append is the best way to go when it comes to merging data with same schema. ~Shan

If it is not much trouble I'd like to see all the properties. The reason why I asked if you were restarting the service was to confirm whether the restart displays the updated records or does it still show the old (cached) data. Also, could you try and publish a new test service with the same data source and see if the issue replicates there as well? It is possible that the issue may be specific to this particular service and there might be some sort of corruption. I am merely speculating at this point, hence if you could help me out with a small test we can narrow down the issue. ~Shan

Would it be possible to share screenshots of the service properties for this service? Also, do you restart the service to push the updates made to the attribute table by the Python script? ~Shan

Serena, I take it that both your models when executed individually work properly? You can add the Model 1 and Model 2 in a new model with the Pre-Condition that model 1 should execute first and then invoke the second model. This should work in principle. Integrating a model within a model—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Alternatively, you can run them as two separate models, but I doubt you want to execute the models particularly in that fashion. The best way to get this done will be to create a python script and execute which has the workflow lined up as per your requirement. I hope this helps! ~Shan
