Hi @DEAF_PROBERT_68 , Do you mean you want a bigger polygon to overlap with a smaller polygon, with the bigger polygon being the top most layer and the smaller polygon being the underlaying layer? If you using simply looking for an sample you can use the Template data that comes along with the ArcGIS Desktop installation. Ideally the data is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.8\TemplateData. This contains 2 datasets one for the basic world data and basic US data with state boundaries and county boundaries. I hope this helps.

Hi, I assume you are the administrator for the Portal for ArcGIS at your firm? Can you confirm if the role was changed or does the item in question is using any other source as a layer which had a different permissions or grants?

Hi @DavidMrázek , From your screenshot it seems you are trying to access or add a feature class from a File geodatabase, which is used to store as a system folder that contains binary files that store and manage geospatial data. If you try to access the folder named ZABAGED_20220106_ISSMD_v1022.gdb from your windows explorer it might end up corrupting the geodatabase as it stores data in a different manner than compared to a shapefile.
