Hi guys, I need to change and delete a couple of users in our ArcGIS server built-in store. While I am pretty sure that the termination of these accounts (admin, publisher and user) will not affect any service of ours, what about the primary site administrator name? If I change the password I will lose the connection from ArcGIS Catalog and that's OK, I can recreate that. But will the change of the PSA password affect any existing service? Thanks!

Hi, Collector is a free app. You can find it on Apple, Google and Windows store. What you need then is an organizational account for ArcGIS Online or Portal. But you can start downloading it now and use the demo license for testing.

The task: create New Feature doesn't exist anymore. It is different now, you only need few minutes to understand how it works. The create feature is on the right of the toolbar. Hi Santhosh, by using the tool "Remove domain from field", when a layer with subtypes is input, you get a list of the subtypes, first select all of the subtypes and then choose the field name you want to clear from domains. The domain will be cleared from all the subtypes. Then, if your domains are assigned to many fields: either you repeat the GP selecting another field or write a script, export this tool into a scriptand see how it works the script and then loop through a list of field (but I am not the right person for helping in doing so.)

Hi Susanna, I am not sure if I understand well, the class field has common value among the 3 files, but you said that the geographic info are unique for each layer, aren't they? Meaning that the combination field1+field2 info in table1 are different from table2. If you symbolize like: unique value, many fields. 1" file: Class1, Geo1 Class2, Geo2 2" file: Class1, Geo3 Class2, Geo4 The classes are identical, but the Geo field makes you have 4 different symbols. Am I correct?

George, not being able at the moment to understand what is using (if any) the sde connection, your advice saved me from making some mess. (btw is there any documentation I can read that can help me in doing this?, Just to be prepared for the future ) Asrujit, I mark your question as correct as I created the DBO schema even before reading your answer, but this is what I did. I really need to go through all the documentation, but when it comes to roles, permissions...it is very hard to cope with.

Hi all, I really need to fill the gap on my knowledge of RDBMS, I know. I am working on it. In the meantime: I want to enable a Enterprise GDB on my Server. So far we have used only one database that now has become impossible to manage: too many features. I haven't created the db nor the sde account. I have full access to the machine with admin rights, but I do not have the sde password. The person who created it is no longer in the office and isn't reachable. When creating a Enterprise GDB I am asked for sde password.....great! Now, apparently in Studio management I can set a new password for the SDE user. Question: am I going to mess the previous database by doing so? Will this solve the problem? Thanks!
