One way to authorize (I think this is the most simple): In order to create a provisioning file got to licensing the License Esri product select versions and tick Extension only. then go ahead, select the extension in the list, fill in the info and generate the file, download it and then double click on it. follow the instruction in the window that opens and click next till the end.

Hi Ian, Authorize only the extension you need. You will add the one to the existing ones. you can type the number or create a provisioning file. Read the document I posted above.

Ian, if it is available on my Esri you have to authorize it first, and then you will see it on your License Manager.

Hi Ian, when you say it is available on MyEsri it means that you see something like 1 available of 1 total license: In the image: The first row means that it available to be licensed The second row means that it has been already licensed. Maybe you haven't licensed this extension yet.

Hi guys, I was creating a feature class by importing fields from another layer. I was in editing and I forgot to save. I was not working on the layer I used to import though. Anyway, I got this error. The problem now is that I cannot close this error and save the edits as this message keeps on reopening in a loop. Happened again once, I solved by closing the project. Can it be a bug? (ArcGIS PRO 2.2.4) Thanks.

My day at work has just finished. I don't guarantee that my answer isn't an idiocy I would create a polygon as big as the data frame, then a buffer at x meters and use this to clip.....

Update. Not sure why, but: Yesterday I created a ent. geodatabase for WXM Then I tried to create a WXM database and I couldn't as per question posted. Today I tried again and nothing. Then I tried to create a new table in an already connected geodb and I got the message: something like "cannot create a table as the spatial component is missing" (sorry I have already forgotten the error message). I went to check if the st_geometry.dll was there and it was but I decided to overwrite the same and now I could create a Workflow geodatabase. Problem solved for now. T

Harry, are you the owner of the map? If the owner logins and can get the popups then it could be a sharing problem (I would check the webmap settings). Also you can test the same map on another OS. For istance I conveniently use the Windows version on my laptop so I don't lose my sight when I test the apps on my mobile. So if they use iOS download another OS version and test. I did not get any problem with the latest version on Windows and Android.

Hi Harry, No problem with the latest version. Have you checked whether the web map being used in this survey has the pop ups enabled for those points?

Question edited, I've mixed up with the errors Hi guys, Tried both on WXM Admin 10.6.1 and PRO 2.2.4 (using postgres 9.5) and I get this message. "The requested database does not contain the required Workflow Manager schema" In PRO I am asked: Do you want to create the schema. I click yes. and when I create a workflow database I get this error: Not sure what I should look for. I also tried to set up everything as this article says: Startup Guide: Setting up a Postgres Enterprise Database for ArcGIS Workflow Manager by following this guide I realized that C:\PostgreSQL\pg95\lib\postgresql does not exist even though Postgres was already installed. (I copied the database support file into C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.5\lib ) I works fine until the Create Workflow Database. Any idea? Thanks!

Hi Julie, if you have a standalone table, you have to create a geographic feature in order to see your point: 1. with your table in the Table of contents, right click on the table and click on Display XY data then choose you x and y fields, set the right Coordinate System and click ok. Check if your points are lining up in the correct location, otherwise you have to carefully check if the coordinate system inputted is correct. Remember that you are creating an Event layer (it's a temporary view) not a feature class. In order to save this view in your geodatabase, right click on the event layer > Data > export data
