Is the original dashboard, without the re-added map, still showing the same issues today? Also wondering if there is a sample dashboard or if perhaps the original dashboard had a map extent filter to the elements that were showing 'no data'.

To confirm until Friday the symbols were visible in new dashboards but not in the new map viewer? The map element of new dashboards should support the same symbols as the new map viewer. Is there a sample dashboard or map available?

Hi Yes, this should be resolved now. Can you confirm that the pop-up is also not showing in the map viewer as well as dashboards? Is there is an example that can be provided, or can work with Esri technical support to reproduce the issue.

@djager_fcps Can suggest reviewing the browser extensions that are enabled. May find by disabling certain ones will allow dashboards to be viewed without incognito mode.

It's difficult to fully understand what might be causing this behavior. Once the filter is applied and the points disappear, does zooming in or out cause the points to reappear? From the description it does sound like the points are visible when the dashboard first loads. If not, a good test to help isolate the issue is to also open the map in the map viewer (not classic) to see if the issue is also noticed there. If there is a sample dashboard that you can share, send by Private Message or share with Tech Support that would be helpful.

This is a known issue with ArcGIS Dashboards, and other JSAPI 4x based applications. This will continue to work with ArcGIS Dashboards Classic (found in the app launder). You can contact Technical Support to be added to the bug and be notified when it is fixed.

Improvements were made to the configuration options for selectors in the Header Panel with the June 2021 release. Selectors will block the background image and will honor the element background color if set. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/ops-dashboard/announcements/whats-new-in-arcgis-dashboards-june-2021/

@MarkCampbell_FortLauderdale Not sure I understand the issue, and feel free to send me a private message with a sample dashboard if preferred. Unselecting the last feature in an element that has a zoom action to the map, will return the map to the initial extent. In comparison with the pan action, unselecting the last feature the map does not adjust the map further. Also note that because the zoom action will adjust the scale and center the map on the selected feature(s), adding the pan action as well is not needed.
