Hi Veronica - Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Is this a workflow that has been successful for you in the past with the same data/map and no longer is working? It does sound similar to this issue posted awhile back so would be worthwhile to try those suggestions. If that doesn't fix things, a couple of other thoughts to isolate the issue, which will also be helpful info when contacting Technical Support as they will be able to help further.  - Embed just the map in your website - Embed the dashboard in a different Esri application such as StoryMaps ... This was fixed with the February 2025 ArcGIS Online update. The placeholder text for the date selector  will now respect the text color of either the theme or the side panel.  ... View more
