Hi Matthew, We know there is an issue raises "An error occurred when preparing." when printing a survey with a very long external choice list. We will have this fixed on 3.11 hotfix2, which will soon be available on BETA for testing. I will let you know when the fix is available on BETA and production. Thanks, Ruth

Hi vijay, Could you please provide more info related to this issue, so we can identify the cause? For example, a screenshot of the network panel in the developer tools, and here is the steps: 1. In the new tab, open the developer tools first 2. Check the "disable cache" checkbox 3. Paste the survey URL in the address bar and open the survey 4. What is the status of the "updatewebform" request (it is 200 in the screenshot below)? and which request gives you the status other than 200? I am not so sure about this question, but here is a support document that I found relates to MFA and Flow: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4467879/conditional-access-and-multi-factor-authentication-in-flow From my understanding of this article, the main concern of using any webhook service with MFA is that the connection may expire frequently. Hello Matt, You are correct, the add/updates on the feature service will not trigger the webhook because the webhook payload is sent by the "traditional" survey. Although this is not a recommended practice, you can send the payload to your webhook with additional code. First, get your payload URL in the settings page -> webhooks tab, and then set up a POST request with the survey payload, and send the request to the payload URL.
