So I’m trying to utilize the date and time only fields available at Enterprise 11.3. This works just fine in the S123 app, but errors out in the web version, because the time entered does not include seconds. I need parity between the app and web versions because there are people in our org who will never download and use the S123 app. I see that the web version only works with decimal time. Is it possible to specify that in the S123 Excel sheet?

Is there an expression to force the survey into decimal time in the S123 Excel sheet?

I just discovered that this is only an issue in the web survey. A survey submitted through the S123 app returns hours, minutes and seconds. I read that the web app version only works with decimal time. Where do I specify this in the XLS form?

Well, according to the link above, it's beta functionality at 11.2. Not sure if it's fully supported at 11.3. Probably not. Two surveys I submitted yesterday after 1pm went through to the table and had the seconds formatting. After this it started failing. I'll try adding formatting in the XLS sheet.

I’m not using AGOL, this is in Enterprise 11.3. The thing is, I submitted several surveys before these errors started happening. The last one was at 1:18pm, which would have been 15:18

Ah OK. When will these fields be "fully supported?" It says they're beta functionality at 11.2, but we're at 11.3

I'm in Enterprise 11.3. I have a survey that's passing the entered time to a time only field in the registered sde table. I don't think it likes surveys taken after noon, because I'm getting this error: {"error":{"code":400,"extendedCode":-2147467259,"message":"Unable to complete operation.","details":["Invalid iso format: 15:25.","Unable to complete operation."]}} Is there a calculation I can put in my XLS form to force the time field to send responses in 12 hour time?

Figured it out. I needed to publish the table as a reference registered feature service, not a hosted table, with replica tracking enabled and sync disabled on the sde table.

I republished the sde table without the timestamp offset field. Now the new records are showing up in the hosted table in the portal, but still not in the sde. Do I need to enable sync for this to work?

I have a standalone table in an Enterprise 11.3 sde geodatabase. I've published this to our Portal as a hosted feature layer and created a survey from this. The problem I'm running into is that survey submissions are only showing up in the S123 dashboard, not in the hosted feature layer or the sde table. I've enabled editing, global IDs, sync and editor tracking and the problem persists. I was having trouble setting up sync because of Time Only, Date Only and Timestamp Offset fields, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Unless it is?

Thanks for all the replies! I'm a rudimentary Excel user, so I would rather not use it as an interim step to get to Google Sheets. I'll just use export table and do the rest in FME.

So each room has a corresponding Floor ID attribute, which is what I'm splitting by. I'm using the split by attributes tool. The desired outcome is writing each one of these resulting features (rooms on the 1st floor, 2nd floor, etc) to a Google sheet in a directory for that floor. The problem I'm seeing is that when I run the tool, it just splits everything at once. I'm wondering if there's a way to iterate through each group as it's being split, instead of after the fact? I could do that by looping through the resulting features in the temp gdb. And yes, the end result is a sheet that contains all the attributes for each room. ObjectID doesn't need to be included.

I'm writing a script to split a feature class of 15000 rooms, into subgroups of rooms by floor. I'd like to loop through each group as it is split and write this table to csv, or directly to Google sheets if possible. As it stands, it looks like the split by attribute tool just runs and creates a new feature for each group. Will I need to iterate after it runs?

Hey, yes. The trigger needs to come from a hosted feature layer. So publish with "copy all data" and make sure editing is enabled.
