Just got off the phone with tech support. Apparently this is BUG #000124999. Receiving error message ‘Layer(s) and Table (s) not configured for Sync’ when publishing a feature service to ArcGIS Enterprise from ArcGIS Pro when attachments and editor tracking are enabled.

This is all happening on our brand new 10.7 dev server, so I'm wondering if there's a setting that needs to be changed on the admin page?

I read through this thread, but I still can't get the feature server to be sync enabled. Once it's published, it says "stopping" in the server manager. I can't even view it on the REST services page until I go into the capabilities page in the server manager and uncheck sync under feature service. If I recheck sync and restart the service, it just says layers are not configured for sync. So I'm going in circles here.

Yes and yes. These tables were created in the SDE when I enabled all the settings and attachments. I just started from scratch and I'm getting the same error in the server logs.

I'm trying to publish a dataset from ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1 to Server 10.7 for use in a Collector app. I've gone through all the steps to turn this into an editable, sync-enabled dataset. The SDE source for the data is registered with the server, I've added global IDs, enabled archiving (data is non-versioned), and enabled editor tracking. I've enabled editing and sync under the configuration pane of Publish Map Service in Pro. The service publishes successfully, but won't start. I see this error in the logs: Failed to construct instance of service 'BESC_Parkin_Main_Level.MapServer'. Layer(s) or table(s) are not configured for Sync. I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

Couldn't you just write a Python function to create this field and then populate it with a true or false based on whether or not there is an attachment?

I added the extra 'm' to your original solution Text(EndTime, 'mm:ss'). A single 'm', Text(EndTime, 'm:ss') results in an empty string if the time is less than a minute.

I'm using the district lookup widget for our school finder app. There is an apartment complex that straddles two counties and two school districts. The apartments in the north half are in our county and school district. Our city geocoder locates the entire complex as a single address in the other city. So our school finder lists the entire place as "out of district." Until we can develop a more robust locator that takes this into account, I'd like to have an Arcade expression for the popup that describes this unique situation. My question is, is it possible when someone types the address of an apartment into the search bar to extract that and assign it to a variable in Arcade? Or would that require customizing the district lookup widget in JS? The other option is to make this complex its own special attendance area (district), but I'd rather not do that.

Thanks Xander. This works, but only for times over one minute (see screenshot).

So I'm calculating total drive times in Network Analyst. I have an end time field that I'm trying to strip the minutes and seconds from for a new field. It's a date field formatted like so: 9/16/2019 8:01:06 AM. I enter Minute(EndTime) + ":" + Second(EndTime) in the field calculator. The issue is, I'm getting resulting times like 1:6 which should read 1:06, or one minute, six seconds. What gives??

Yes please! I'm constantly getting emails about this with our school finder. It confused me the first time I saw it, and I work with this stuff every day. Couldn't it just say "Outside of district boundaries" or something to that effect?

This would be a nice feature to have. My display cache gets up to ~10GB a week if I don't go in and manually clear it.
