A couple of additional questions for you: Are you trying to add this image within a map tour, or another immersive map element like sidecar? Are you receiving any particular error when this image does not appear? Have you tried saving this image locally and adding the image by using the file location instead of the web URL? Hi @frobertsmaf, At the moment, there is not a way to alter the transition between slides of an immersive tour. One option could be to use the slideshow layout instead, which I believe gives a slightly different transition. Hi @AllisonTalsma, There is not a way to place headings within a map tour. If you are looking to use heading links, I would recommend using a sidecar or slideshow layout and placing those headings in the narrative panels. Hi @JonRees You can create sub bullets by hitting the Tab button on your keyboard. This will indent the current bullet. To move the sub-bullet back to the initial bullet position, place you cursor to the immediate right of the bullet, then hit the delete, or backspace, button on your keyboard.  Let me know if this workflow is not allowing your bullets to indent successfully. --Abby ... @geomatique_devvs I'm sorry you had to recreate the story. I was able to take a look before it was gone, and was also seeing the blank maps at the bottom. It is interesting that it was both web maps and express maps that weren't functioning. I wasn't seeing any errors within the web traffic of the page, either. In your new story, are you able to see the same web maps successfully, or did you need to recreate those from scratch as well? --Abby ... View more

Hi @Marta_Perez , Firstly, I would make sure your media is saved locally and getting added as a .gif image. If it no longer has the .gif naming convention, it is likely no longer saved as a GIF. Out of curiosity, where in the story are you uploading this image (add image, within an immersive slide)? Have you tried adding it in different parts of the story with different results? Hi @ACICACIC,  This is actually an issue with the way image orientation is universally stored. We had a feed discussing some potential workarounds that can be done outside the app here, but our in-app solution for this is using the image editor to rotate the image: Let me know if saving your rotation made in the image editor is not working for you, or if you aren't seeing the image editor option. Note that if you are using a Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise prior to version 11.1, you won't have access to the image editor (feature comparison chart here). --Abby ... View more

I am still troubleshooting your Express Maps behavior, but I would recommend you log an Esri Support case to begin looking at your edits not saving issue.
