Hello, To upload your own logo, select the Design tab when editing your story, and scroll to the bottom to see the Upload Logo option. When adding your story's name, is this title getting added in the Title element? If not, the name of your story will not populate in the browser tab. Let me know if you have additional questions, Abby

Hi Kristine, I'm sorry you're experiencing this behavior. Would you be able to provide us with a link to your story so we can take a look at the behavior? If not, please reach out to Esri Support and they can assist with additional troubleshooting. Thanks, Abby

Hello Arianna, Thanks for your question! Ultimately, this print preview relies on the print functionality of your browser. Even with no print preview option, the browser could still allow printing of the StoryMap web page, though in a less accurate format to the story's layout. The print preview is currently not an element that can be disabled. If you would like to have that option in the future to toggle on and off the print preview, feel free to post your idea to our Ideas page. Have a great day, Abby

Hello James, Can you check on the permissions for the content included in your story to see if the sharing level had changed on the story, or on any maps/layers/items included within the story? Are you still able to view the item in your AGOL Organization Content page? I know you were running into this issue last week, but let me know if this error is still occurring for you. Thanks, Abby

Hello, To add that Google Fonts API Key, head to your ArcGIS StoryMaps home page, where you can see all of your StoryMaps content. Click your profile image in the top right corner, then select Organization Settings. At the bottom of this Organization Settings page is where you can insert your API key. You will need to be a Portal administrator to implement this change for your organization. Let me know if this clears things up! Abby

Hi Jingyan, It looks like the Vector tile basemap you were using from OpenStreetMap is not a publicly shared version and requires a token (https://basemaps-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/OpenStreetMap_v2/VectorTileServer?f=json). Could you try adding the vector basemap again, either using this link (https://basemaps.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/OpenStreetMap_v2/VectorTileServer?f=json) or by searching in the Living Atlas for OpenStreetMap Vector Basemap? Let me know if replacing that basemap with a publicly shared version resolves your issue. Thanks for your question, Abby

Hello Kim, At the minute, there is no option for altering the accent colors/buttons on the collection when using a theme; depending on the theme, the navigation buttons will either display in a light or dark mode. I would recommend posting on the ArcGIS StoryMaps Ideas page to request adding more customization to collections in future releases. Let me know if that clears up your question! Abby

Jen, As a follow-up to your issue description above, it sounds like this may be occurring on your full page cover media and text. This is expected behavior with the full page option, as a mask is added over the image to make sure the overlayed title is legible. To combat this, try out the other cover options from the Design tab (minimal or side-by-side) to see if those provide a clearer image for you. You can also move the position of the title with the switch panel placement arrows above the title, though this will not change the text color. Best, Abby

Hi Jen, 1) You can change the font color when editing your theme under the Typography section. There's a circle you can select for the color option, next to each font choice for the title and headings, paragraph, and caption. 2) How are you adding your media- as individual images or videos, in an immersive layout, as a cover at the top of your story, through an embed, etc? I'm curious if this behavior is occurring with a certain way the media is getting added. I'd also recommend checking the file size, type, and resolution of the media to make sure it is meeting recommended sizing for performance. Best, Abby

Hello, Having a small break at the bottom of your story is expected behavior when editing. Once the story is published or viewed in Preview mode, that break at the bottom will be removed. In regards to the heading logo, this can be edited on your accessible stories with the Design panel, which you can select in the top right. Within the panel, there is a place to upload a logo image and link. If you are unable to edit this story, you will need to be provided editing access to this story. One way to do this is through a shared update group. If the original story author is no longer with the organization, you can also have an administrator change ownership of the story to you using this workflow. Hope this helps, happy editing! Abby

Hello Brendan, You should be able to set the visible range of the layers within Map Viewer using the steps in the documentation below (these steps apply specifically to Map Viewer Classic): https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/set-visibility.htm This workflow should also function for hosted tile services. Hope this helps, and have a great Friday! Abby

Hello @AsafEvenPaz , Here's a little bit of information on some of the fields in this report that might be most helpful to focus on: The Actor field will provide information on what account is making the change. The ClientID field lets you know on what application that change is being made The Created_utc field will tell you when that change is being made. The Data field is providing the JSON of what specific change the Actor is making. The Request field gives the URL of the request made to that change. Taking a look at the Data and Request fields will help you identify what item is being changed, and how it's being changed. I'll provide some links below for documentation that explains each of the rows in the table in further detail: Report Fields: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/report-fields.htm Exploring the Organization Activity Log CSV: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/administration/exploring-the-organization-activity-log-csv/ I hope this helps clear up some of the details of Activity log for you! Have a great day, Abby

Hello Rajesh, If I'm understanding your question correctly, you are looking to click on points in your web map, and have different web pages open corresponding to those different points? If that is correct, I would suggest configuring your pop-ups using custom attribute expressions to include a hyperlink to the page, using one of your feature's fields as a parameter for those links. This blog post does an excellent job of walking through that workflow: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/url-parameters-pop-ups/ While this solution would require you to click on the point, then on the hyperlink in the pop-up, it can still open a web page corresponding to that point. Best Wishes, Abby

Hello Mathjis, At the moment, there is an audio question that can be used to record an audio response. The responses can be up to two minutes in length and gets stored as a .wav file. Audio/media clips can also be included in the survey to prompt questions or give information. Information on these audio questions and including audio files in your survey are described a bit here, near the bottom under Audio: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformmedia.htm If you are still looking for additional functionality for blind/visually impaired users, I would highly recommend posting on our ArcGIS Ideas page! https://community.esri.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/arcgis-ideas Best Wishes, Abby

Hi Tyler, When you are on the Invite Users page of the group, are you clicking off the toggle button, "Only search in <organization name>"? This should allow usernames from outside of your organization to be added. If you are not your organization's administrator, you may not see this toggle. That would mean your administrator needs to alter their settings to allow members to toggle and view accounts outside of the organization. If this does not succeed, below is a workaround for adding a username by using their User ID instead: How To: Add new members to a group when their usernames are not returned in the search results in ArcGIS Online. If certain accounts are still not appearing, their profile may not be set as viewable to everyone, and therefore can not be invited to groups outside of their own organization. If this is the case, their profile must be modified by their organization's administrator: Manage members—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation Have a great day! Abby
