Hi @dolson_farmington , This isn't something that can currently be changed within the Map Tour. This has been requested in the past and is on our radar as a potential enhancement down the line. We can see the reasoning for wanting to have the locations top aligned in some scenarios, though the reasoning for centering the locations on the narrative panel is to allow the locations to be scrolled through and keep the map static. Without the spacing at the top, the scrolling would be less dynamic and that map tour would be set in place within the story. Thank you for bringing this behavior up! You could potentially embed another ArcGIS app like you mentioned, but I'm not sure which could give this alignment you're looking for. I'll let you know if I see any that could give a similar layout. --Abby

Hi All, Thank you for letting us know of the loading issue reappearing. We seemed to have a higher level of activity on Saturday that increased loading time. We are working on mitigating this behavior now and will post here with any updates. --Abby

Hi @ChadLeftwich , It looks like NaturalReader doesn't read alternative text, but instead, only visible text. Using a tool like VoiceOver on Mac or Narrator on Windows will allow you to actually tab over or select media and hear its alternative text read aloud. Using the story referenced above, I am able to have the alternative text read to me: Let me know if using your operating system's screen reader system and selecting that media works for you. --Abby

@CorineNoufi , I think what may be best is actually adding an animation in the form of a GIF to several slides of a sidecar, and then adding the text you want to scroll through in the sidecar's narrative panel. That way you can scroll through the text, without having to compromise the quality of the images. This also has the added benefit of making the text more accessible and available to screen readers. If you try this approach, you could create a GIF of the different animations and add it to one sidecar slide. You can then duplicate that slide, and add the different text to scroll through on each slide. That GIF will not jump as you scroll, which makes it easy for readers to scroll through the text at their own pace without worrying about the timing of the animation. It is likely that the photos in their current state would end up loading in time for readers as they scroll, as long as they have a standard network connection. Just wanted to provide this other idea of using a GIF in case you wanted to try it out! --Abby

Hi @CorineNoufi , that blurred image is the loading state for the image, which means it should be eventually showing as a clear image. How long are you waiting on that Preview page for the images to load? It may take a moment for several larger images to load. Are you seeing any variance in waiting times between different browsers? --Abby

Hi @ChadLeftwich , Thanks for including that context. When I use the Chrome speech reader on the story you sent, it reads all of the slide narration to me. I am not hearing any image alt text however, did you have added attribution to the images within the sidecar at the minute? The screen shot you sent is of the builder, just want to check if you are testing the speech in Preview mode or on the published story as well, since that is how readers will be accessing the story? Feel free to send a video with recorded audio of the text reader and I can compare what we are hearing. --Abby

Hi @ChadLeftwich , My screen reader is reading the text and attribution from all slides in a sidecar. Are you adding those pictures and text on different slides, or all on a single slide within a sidecar? What browser and screen reader are you currently utilizing to test? Thanks! --Abby

Hi @NigelEdmead , Would you be able to share the URL of the story so we can take a look at this behavior? I'm also not seeing the home button's return to the initial default extent after navigating to a point in a different zoom level. --Abby

Hi @KatieGaut , I believe your question was answered in this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-storymaps-questions/why-isn-t-story-map-builder-showing-changes-to/m-p/1118358 It is expected that that legend layer name doesn't change automatically, but you should be able to edit the layer names within the map designer in the story builder. Let me know if that workflow is a bit quicker. --Abby

Hi@ebarrientos , If you use the Share button from Vimeo to open the share options for the video, you can copy the iframe. This will embed the video without the black borders, and while the video may not be full width, those sides will be the same color as your theme: Let me know if this workflow helps with the embedded visuals. --Abby

Hi @BenWilkerson89 , At the minute, there is not a way to add headings to map tours. A workaround for this would be to use a sidecar instead of a map tour, in which you can create a heading. You can then use the generated heading link in a button to redirect the reader at the end of the paragraph back up to the sidecar slide. The addition of headings to map tours could be added to the ArcGIS StoryMaps Ideas page if you'd like to see this enhancement in the future! --Abby

Hi @zhenghan @KalinDrennen , The issue regarding the maps not loading in the story is a high priority issue that we are currently investigating. We will continue sharing any updates on the behavior on the Esri Community site. If you have any public URLs you are able to share showing the behavior, feel free to send them here. Regarding the broken map actions. @zhenghan , I can take a look at this and see if I can reproduce a similar behavior using broken bookmarks. This is unexpected behavior, and we would hope you would be able to return to edit mode on a published story, even with broken links. --Abby

Hi @RylandLu, In the past year, we have added an additional setting in the embed options to allow for customization of the embed viewing experience on mobile screens. Selecting the Live option on the Small screens should allow for interactivity in the mobile viewing experience. Our embed feature supports either using the Tableau URL, or the iframe if Tableau provides one. Have you tried the iframe option, and did that provide any different behavior on the mobile view for you? --Abby
