I just use the Find and Replace. Make sure in your search you use match case or put space before Road (or other Suffixes). If you don't you may end up with Broadway being BRdway. It looks like you posted this question in GeoNet Help which is for questions regarding the use of GeoNet itself. You will get better response if you move this to another 'place' such as GIS. -Steven

Have you restarted the ArcGIS Server instance from the services menu? If that didn't work, you may try restarting the machine ArcGIS Server is installed on. You could also install 10.3.1 and see if that fixes the issue. What version of MXD are you using? You might try opening a new MXD and copying the layers from the old to the new and publish from there. -Steven

For feature access, all data should be published from the same location. This might be causing the error. To see the list of locations, click the List by Source button in the Table of Contents. A permissions issue would surely pop up in the error inspector window so I'm guessing that isn't the issue. Hope this helps. -Steven

Using Github for Desktop, you can sync repositories. That's how I do it. It basically takes the online project and moves it to your desktop. Then you can create folders and store images in them. Then sync them back with github. -Steven

You had mentioned you tried turning off the firewall. Have you turned off Anti-Virus and tried publishing? -Steven

You might monitor your ram and cpu usage as you are publishing. If they max out, it may cause issues. With 128 GB of ram, I wouldn't think that would be the problem though. How many services are you running? -Steven

Haven't tested with TOC widget., but I believe you would use ImageParameters. ImageParameters | API Reference | ArcGIS API for JavaScript Here is a sample: Layer definitions on a dynamic map service | ArcGIS API for JavaScript Instead of imageParameters.layerOption = ImageParameters.LAYER_OPTION_SHOW you would use imageParameters.layerOption = ImageParameters.LAYER_OPTION_EXCLUDE -Steven

I wonder if your browser has the extent cached. It will remain that way until you clear it. Each browser is a little different on how to clear it. Refreshyourcache.com - The Guide to Clear your Browser Cache! This is where I generate my extents: JS Extent Helper Hope this helps -Steven

I believe the free trial I posted above is an organizational free trial because you can add multiple people to it. I am not 100% sure though. It may be best to contact ESRI and see. If you are taking an online course from ESRI, I figured they would give you access to an organizational account for the course. Since you are a student, your school may have access to AGOL already and could possibly add you to their organization. -Steven

You can get a 60 day free trial here: ArcGIS for Desktop | Free Trial Also, depending on what you are using it for, you can get a home use license for, I believe, $100 per year. There are also open source options for GIS such as QGIS. -Steven

You posted this in GeoNet help which is for questions about using GeoNet. You might want to move this to the GIS place or somewhere to get a better response. The answer to your question is you have to build a label expression. In VB it would look something like this: [field1] &"/"& [field2] You would then set the labels to stack and force split using the / character. ArcGIS Help 10.1 If the link doesn't work, google arcgis stack labels. -Steven

This is just loading the locations of your features into the Service Area calculator. My guess is that something isn't correct in your locations. I would run the Repair Geometry tool on your original dataset. Repair Geometry The Use Network Locations Fields should pull data from the Network Dataset you created. I would use the Use Geometry radial button once you verify there are no geometry issues with your original dataset.

I found this post. Delete all Tables in SDE / SQL Feature Class The short answer is try recreating the table in SQL with the same exact name. Go into ArcCatalog and see if you can then delete it. I would definitely create a backup before you move forward. -Steven
