If you select a record in the reviewer table, you can Right Click the record, Select Feature Geometry. Then in the Attribute Table, Zoom to Selected Feature. This is the only way I know of doing it. -Steven

The best one is the one that fits your region best. Sooner or later everyone will have to conform to some standard. Kansas' model is developed from the NG911 model but has been modified to fit the needs of the counties and cities in Kansas.

I'm not 100% sure on this one. I would defer to ESRI ESRI I would guess that you would install a 3rd webadaptor and enable windows authentication and configure it so you can access it outside your network. -Steven

The way I have set it up in the past is as such: Install 2 webadaptors, 1 called arcgis using windows authentication, 1 called public using anonymous authentication. In ArcGIS Server Manager, you would secure all services that would be called through the arcgis webadaptor such as https://myurl/arcgis/rest/services/mapserver In ArcGIS Server Manager, you would unsecure all services that would be called through the public webadaptor such as https://myurl/public/rest/services/mapserver Does that help? -Steven

Hey Chris, Here are all the NENA documents about the 911 standards for addressing (as well as all the other layers for NG911). Technical Standards &amp Docs - National Emergency Number Association The GIS Data model has been in draft form for a long time and has been released for public comment. Kansas has adopted a version of the NG911 standard which you can find here: Kansas Data Access and Support Center - Next Generation 911 (NG9-1-1) As for other areas, I am not quite sure what addressing entails. -Steven

You would have your services unsecured though ArcGIS Server with anonymous access in IIS. All the rest of your services would be secured. -Steven

I don't have much experience with DMZ or reverse proxies. To allow non secured services using windows authentication you would install a 2nd web adaptor, disable windows authentication and enable anonymous through the web adaptor in IIS. I'm not sure how you would allow external users access to secured services without giving them a windows account. I'm not sure I was much help. -Steven

You can install multiple web adaptors and control the security on each of those through IIS. -Steven

Ya, there was a relationship class. I didn't apply permissions to the table participating in it. The feature class I was trying to edit wasn't associated with the relationship class. Apparently it's all tied together somehow? Applying permissions to the table in the relationship class solved the issue. Thanks for helping me figure it out. -Steven

Just realized I'm using v 9.3.9 and the supported version is 9.3.5. Could this be the cause?

Error I am getting is "Could not edit data in the folder or database you selected" in the start editing window. I tried adding a user to the feature dataset instead of the group role and got the same error. I tried revoking and reapplying permissions but that didn't work either. -Steven

Using ArcGIS 10.3.1, PostgreSql 9.3, PostGIS 2.1 I created an enterprise geodatabase in PostgreSQL using the geoprocessing tool. Using geoprocessing tools, I created a test user and added to a group role and gave the group role select, insert, update and delete permissions on a feature dataset. I also created a feature class outside of the feature dataset in the same geodatabase with the same permissions. The feature dataset and the feature class outside of the feature dataset are registered as versioned. The issue is I can't edit data inside the feature dataset with the test user but I can edit the data in the feature class outside the feature dataset. Is this a bug? Limitation of PostgreSql? Thoughts? Thanks -Steven

Open the attribute table and push CTRL + F or use the attribute table menu in the upper left of the attribute table. -Steven
