I think your best chance of finding data is to get in touch with the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management. They might be have the data or be able to point you in the right direction. I would just shoot them an email to ask. BOEM Homepage | BOEM -Steven

Ya, I can't even find an image for locations of the Mexican coast. I'm not sure what all you have searched but it might be best to find the names of the offshore drilling fields and start there. -Steven

What browser are you using? I believe Internet Explorer gives the save option. Other browsers simply offer the open folder location after it automatically downloads to the user/downloads folder. -Steven

I created an MSAG from the Road Centerline file. I'll see if I can recreate the exact steps or build a model this week. Here is the gist of the process I used. 1. Create a unique key field such as Full Road Name + ESN 2. Dissolve the Road Centerline based on the Unique Key 3. Create High and Low fields 4. Populate High fields from the To Fields. 5. Populate the Low fields from the From Fields. 6. Create the Unique Key field in the MSAG 7. Join the two together 8. Use a select by attribute query to find all MSAG records that fall outside the Road Centerline ranges and vice versa. -Steven

Here's your basic workflow. Download states layer here: ftp://ftp2.census.gov/geo/tiger/TIGER2015/STATE/ Bring it into ArcMap Bring in your excel document with the Alumni numbers and State fields. Join the excel document to the states layer based on state name. These fields must match exactly. You will have your information geographically displayed on the map with your alumni numbers associated with them. You can now symbolize the states based on the number of alumni per state. -Steven

I've seen this happen with CSV files. Open it in Excel and save it as a workbook. Add the sheet from the workbook to ArcMap. It should display properly in the attribute table. Are you using a Mac? -Steven.

I'm not sure that you will be able to relate the zip code to the correct address until after it's geocoded. You should be able to geocode the street addresses without city or zip code fairly accurately since you have your own locator (if everything is in one city). -Steven
