Yeah. This is really frustrating and I'm surprised there has been no other response and not prior mentions of this issue.

Unless there is a way I am unaware of, I think once you have finalized a traverse and closed that window, you won't be able to get it back. You can "Export an ArcMap Traverse" file using the hamburger menu in the Traverse tool to save a copy of your traverse before you close it, and then import it again. Once it is gone, however, I don't think you can bring it back up.

Are your construction lines part of the parcel fabric? Do you have the Number formats set up in the attribute table and labels cut on for that feature class? My lines are labeled as I sketch them in 3.2.2

@AmirBar-Maor I can pretty reliably reproduce this in my parcel editing map if you'd like for me to show you. It happens every time I try and save a georeference in the project.

I basically just create one of each pretty much every time I need a legend to see what looks best with the current layout and then delete the rest. Then spend 45 minutes dialing in the font sizes for each layer because every time, without fail, the legend text is way too small for the map size. No clue why it would use 14 pt font on a 36x48 layout. Makes no sense. Makes even less sense that the text and patch size does not scale when resizing the legend.

Surely there has got to be a better way to communicate the differences between the various legend types than this, right? Adding on to this, is there a good guide on how to create a simple and effective legend? Whenever I create a legend in Pro, I constantly get lost in the dozens of submenus trying to tweak the size of the various components of the legend so that it is easily visible on larger maps. Not sure if I'm missing something, but legends in Pro have always just been extremely cumbersome to set up for me.

@AmirBar-Maor @Paul_Christensen I can confirm, at least in my case, that it is 100% related to georeferencing. Here was my workflow that just reproduced the issue. 1. Add .tif to map 2. On the imagery tab, started a georeferencing session 3. On the georeference tab, fit it to display and then started adding control points. 4. When all required control points are in, I can still freely move the points as needed. But the second I save the georeference, all points become un-editable with the move tool. 5. As you said, restarting fixes the issue, but if do a new georeference, the same thing happens every single time. The only way around it is to either not save the georeference, or to save and restart every time. To sum it up, the error does not occur for me until I have saved a georeference session. After doing so, I have to restart the project every time. I'm happy to share what I can with you because this bug has been frustrating me for months now. Just let me know what you need from me. By multiple workspaces, do you just mean maps? If so, then yes. I have several maps in this project. As for configuring it to work with a single workspace, I'm not really sure what that means. I have done no particular configurations on this project that would set it apart from any other, so I would assume its settings are more or less the defaults for a project.

Jeff, Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having this exact same problem. In fact, I have had it numerous times before and have never found a fix beyond rebuilding the entire project file from scratch.

I'm quite frustrated. We regularly georeference old plats onto our map to aid in the reconstruction of parcels in an area. A recurring issue that I have had ever since switching to the ArcGIS Pro parcel fabric is that after you have georeferenced something, the parcel fabric will randomly lose the ability to edit. I get the following message when trying to move any parcel feature. If you check the status window, it reports no issues. Even more strange is the fact that while it says the layer is uneditable, you can prove that it IS EDITABLE by going to the feature and changing an attribute and saving it. The attribute change is saved with no issue. The only problem is when trying to move a feature. That made me think that the problem was with topology. So to test, I disable topology entirely. The feature will then move with out any issue whatsover. I have reported this issue numerous times to ESRI tech support in the past, and nothing is ever done to fix it. They only give me a workaround, which is basically, rebuild the entire project from scratch. I have now had to do this 3 times in the last 6 months. This is unacceptable. This is obviously a bug that needs to be fixed at this point. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have searched high and low for a simpler solution, but there doesn't seem to be one and so far, tech support doesn't even seem to be willing to admit there is a greater problem.

Is your locator stored on a network drive? Are multiple people accessing the same locator? Would I literally just copy and paste the two locator file from network drive to local PC? I'll definitely give it a shot.

@AndrewQuee I know this is an old post, but I can confirm that FC to FC does NOT strip out attribute rules. I am having this exact same problem right now.

I have a script that regularly copies our parcel feature class from our parcel fabric from our editing database into a separate enterprise Geodatabase that users access for viewing parcels. Unfortunately, it also copies over the attribute rules which give you a big error message any time you are looking at the Attributes window in ArcGIS Pro on the newly copied layer: Gong from sde to file geodatabase apparently renames the Shape_Area field to Shape.STArea() for some reason. I don't really care about that, but our attribute rule that automatically calculates the acreage does. That rule is not necessary on the copy of the parcel data, however, because the calculation has already been done by the time it reaches that point. To my knowledge, there is no way to exclude attribute rules when exporting it. You have to run a second tool "Delete Attribute Rule" after the fact. That seems pointlessly complicated when there are already environment settings that allow for similar things to be controlled when exporting. I would imagine just a simple checkbox that allows you to exclude attribute rules from the export is all it would take.

For the past week or so, I have been getting crashes when using the Locate window in ArcGIS Pro. We are using a custom locator that we built that is currently stored on a network drive. What is strange is that this behavior only happens if the project has been open for a while. If I open the project search for something using the locate window, our locator finds it and will zoom you to it with no issues. If you leave the map open for a few hours and then try and use the locate window, it will crash by the time you have typed the third or fourth character. I have put in a ticket with ESRI technical support but I'm getting frustrated because their initial response has been to blame the crashes on the fact that we have the locator on a network drive. This has never been an issue before on ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro so I'm not sure why it would be all of a sudden. This issue is also hitting across multiple versions. I am 3.2.2 but my coworker is on on 3.2.1 and they are having the same problem. This all started within the last week or so. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on how I can fix it?

Is this intentional? Running the "Rebuild Locator" GP tool removes the locator from the current project. It does not appear to remove it from other projects, but this has me nervous now. I was looking to schedule the address locator for getting rebuilt once a week, but I do not want to do that if it is going to end up removing the locator from all of the users projects.
