Hi Andrew, You can Overwrite a web feature layer in ArcGIS Pro. Before overwriting though, there are some considerations you should be aware of. Hope this helps, Jonah

Hi Nigel, It looks like you configured the web tile layer to cache locally. Can you try using the Create Map Tile Package GP tool to create the tile package? Next, use the Share Package geoprocessing tool (check Publish web layer) to share the web layer. Does it work this way? After you try this, it may still be best to contact technical support so that they can take a closer look. Best, Jonah

Hi Alena, I wasn't able to reproduce a packaging failure with a shapefile in my project at 2.6. I suggest contacting Esri Technical Support for best assistance. They should be able to take a closer look into the issue. Best, Jonah

Hi Steve, In addition to Robert's response, you can address this error by following the solutions listed here: 00062: Map contains data that does not use the same connection to an enterprise geodatabase Best, Jonah

Hi Zian, Depending on what you are sharing, certain files will be automatically deleted. For example, if you are sharing packages, they are staged in the folder and deleted after the package is uploaded. (You can see this happening if you navigate to the folder while publishing is in progress.) The files that would be automatically deleted already have been after sharing has been completed. The remaining files in your SharingProcesses folder can be removed manually. The recommended workflow is to clear the Job Queue from ArcGIS Pro. See this: Sharing job status. Clicking Remove Finished Jobs will delete the files and job folders in your SharingProcesses folder. Hope it helps. Cheers, Jonah

Hi Ranga, Please see the following article about managing registered data stores in ArcGIS Pro: Manage registered data stores Sorry, I'm not sure I know the answer to your question about the load balancer. Here's an article that might provide some assistance: Multiple-machine deployment with third party load balancer—ArcGIS Enterprise If you don't get a response from others who are more familiar with this subject, you can always reach out to technical support for assistance. Did you take a look at the update a map or scene section? Does it help? This is the opposite operation of saving a web map in Pro.

Just to clarify, there are two ways to create and share a project package: Share a project package via the Share ribbon as outlined here: Share a project package Create, then share the project package using the two geoprocessing tools I mentioned in my first post. I assumed that you are following the first workflow. The second workflow is a two step process, but helpful in determining the problem. Since it sounds like the issue is not reproducable and your students likely have different projects, you might want to consider reaching out to technical support for help. Best, Jonah

Hi Arthur, Are you able to try and see if packaging the project with the Package Project tool works? If so, does using the Share Package tool to share the .ppkx work as well? This will help narrow down the possible problem. Thanks, Jonah
