For Explorer 18.1.0 on Android, when choosing to sign into AGOL, selecting Enterprise Login, typing in the proper URL (in my case it is westerville so that the URL becomes westerville.maps.arcgis.com) and clicking continue, then choosing Google Apps as the option to sign in, the organization page and maps load in a web browser instead of the Explore app itself. This is different than it used to be and wonder if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks! Thats really useful information. Did they have a solution for it or offer any suggestions? It just seems to be a random occurrence for us but it always says DisplayCore.dll. Thanks, Ryan

We have more or less just put up with it. Most people arent using File GDBs stored on our network and the few that are we have just changed their sourcing to UNC paths. We may be looking to switch to Google File Stream at some point and I am not sure if the Group Policy functions the same way with mapping drives.

The UNC paths definitely help. I think our issue was something related to the Group Policy that will map the shared drives to a particular "letter" for our GIS users. It seems the policy refreshes every few minutes for some people and when it does it briefly breaks that mapped network drive and then instantaneously remaps it. That is just enough to break any connections to the file GDBs that are stored on the shared drives.

Thanks for the suggestions. This actually did not fix the problem. The drivers are up-to-date, hardware acceleration is turned off, and completely reset the ArcGIS application profile. One of the interesting things is that the problem does not affect all of our users that are on 10.4.1 and using Windows 10. I, for example, have the same setup and do not seem to have any issues with that. The only consistent thing I can find is that the people that do have the problem have the displaycore.dll error in their event log as an application error when ArcMap crashes.

Anyone having issues with ArcMap 10.4.1 crashing on Windows 10 machines? In the event viewer it always is related to an application error caused by the displaycore.dll. The map documents are saved as 10.4.1 documents and the data content in the MXDs is from SQL server.

We got Samsung Tab E tablets running Android 7.1.1 and Collector 17.0.4. When I launch Collector and type in my URL for AGOL account (westerville.maps.arcgis.com) it will only let me sign into ArcGIS Enterprise. How do I log into an AGOL account? Is this a bug? These devices are used for other things as well and we really do not want to factory reset it.

Hello, Yes we are using network shares. I will try changing the sourcing so that the server names and paths are in there directly. But you are right, it has nothing to do with going between versions of 10.x (at least not that I can tell). I was having the issues with 10.2.2. on Windows 10 and still have the issues with 10.4 on Windows 10.

Enhancements we would like to see for the shortlist template: - Use different maps for each tab in the shortlist - Change colors of top banner/header or sidebar menu (just like you can in the story map tour) - Have different map extents set for each type of device so you can get a perfect zoom level for whatever device the app loads on Issues/bugs we have encountered: - On a mobile device, the thumbnail image becomes the main image when you click on a specific item/location even if you have the main set to be something different - The first time you click on a an item/location for more details or information the scroll bar will not let you scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. If you move to another item/location and then come back it works fine

Yes, I tried that this morning as well. I have a ticket in with support about the toolkit script not working. For some reason it is giving and error in the dialog window for my server name. The server only has one name.... not sure what else it could be. Waiting to hear back from them....

I am unable to get the script provided to work. I also tried one that esri provided and it threw a bunch of errors. The one above seems to run, except it is not doing anything. The print statement at the top is not even printing. Did you get this to work properly? Thanks
