Hi Natalia, I am having the same issue. Would you be able to repost the Dropbox link since it appears to be deleted? Thank you!

Has anyone else seen this issue? Basically, what I am doing is using Arcade to generate some really basic HTML to create bulleted lists based on if attributes are present in particular fields. I then have the Arcade Expression in the Pop-Up content for that layer. In both Classic Map Viewer and the New Map Viewer, when you click the the feature, the Pop-Up will not render the HTML code properly. In fact, it just shows the code rather than the bulleted lists. However, if you use the map in a Classic Dashboard, the HTML displays properly.

The pop-ups in both the classic map viewer and the new map viewer show the HTML code. But in the configuration for the Details pane of the classics dashboard, I have the Contents button turned on to show the pop-up from the web map and the HTML works to structure/format the text properly. For the same situation in the new dashboards, the HTML code is shown instead.

In the newest release of Dashboards, HTML tags that are used in the webmap pop-up are not working properly in the details pane of the Dashboard. If I switch to Dashboards classic, the HTML tags are recognized. Is anyone else having issues with this? I would like to update my dashboards to the newest versions but need the HTML from the webmap pop-ups to work properly. Please see attached pictures.

When I try to create a new page for my Hub Site, I type the page name and click Next and then get the following error: The error will switch back to the Next button and when I try again the same thing happens. I tried different browsers and that didnt make a difference. I also tried making a new page on a different Hub Site we have and it worked so I am worried that this error is specific to this Hub Site.

We now have web adaptors for both our Hosting Server and our Portal in the DMZ. We have wildcard certificates (for our domain *.westerville.org) imported and used on the DMZ machine and the Hosting Server and Portal Server. When we log into our portal (from on or outside our network), and go to the Organization > Settings > Server page we see the federated server (which is also set as our hosting server) has a red exclamation point and an error message associated with it (see screenshot). We then click validate and it will validate correctly and show a green check mark however when hovering over it there still is an error associated with it (see second screenshot). Interestingly enough, everything appears to be working properly regardless. We can create content, do analysis, log in and view content from everywhere etc. Any ideas what may be causing these errors and if they are truly an issue or more of warning regarding the wildcard certificates? These errors did not come up when we were using self-signed certificates for testing. Any insight on this would be appreciated!

After several months, we finally have all the pieces of Enterprise installed and mostly functioning however we do have a pretty large problem. Our Web Adaptor for Portal is in the DMZ and the Portal, Hosting Server, and Datastore machines are all behind our firewall on separate machines. Users that are either on our network or outside our network can hit the DMZ Portal WA URL (webgis.westerville.org/portal) and use our GSuite credentials to be authenticated and allowed into the Portal. Our problem starts with viewing content in the map viewer of portal. Users that are on our network can log in and view services in the map viewer that are published to the Hosting Server but if they users are NOT on the network (say using a home PC) they get an error saying "The layer XX cannot be added to the map". The Hosting Server does not have a Web Adaptor associated with it so the services are published using the FQDN in the service URL. I also checked the developer tools in Chrome (from outside the network) when attempting to view a service in the map viewer and saw it says "dojo.js:141 GET https://<hostingserverFQDN>.westerville.org/host/rest/info?f=json net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” I am curious if this is a certificate issue? We are using self signed certificates internally between the servers and a wildcard certificate on the DMZ for *.westerville.org. Or do we need to have a Web Adaptor in the DMZ for the Hosting Server as well? The reason why we did not want to do this is because we do not need/want to have the services and services directory available publicly for the Hosting Server. Hopefully this makes sense and someone can help us!

I wanted to know how I could modify the CSS and/or HTML to make the header of my Hub page "not fixed" so that it will go away when scrolling through the page. I have attached the CSS and HTML which was just the basic code that was generated by the site when I clicked on Custom HTML/CSS as the option. All I have done is updated some colors and the image and links. Any help would be appreciated!

We would like to know if our main federated hosting ArcGIS Server (that is installed behind our firewall) can/should have a web adapter installed on it or if it should be in the DMZ? We only need to access our REST endpoints of our hosting server from inside our network, so installing the web adapter for that server in the DMZ seems unnecessary. Is that an accurate setup? The other ArcGIS Server (not federated with our Portal) will be used to publish services for public facing maps/apps so we want the web adaptor for that to be in the DMZ so people could hit the REST endpoints if necessary.

I missed the survey as well but plan on using it to summarize/group data. Currently, I have several fields that I plan on using in a bulleted list but I want the list to be generated based on if values are present in the specific fields (i.e. not null). This can be accomplished with an arcade expression at the webmap level for a pop-up but I want that expression to be available in the list or details widgets of a dashboard.

Much like you can do with a Hub Site, I think it would be nice if you could easily clone hosted feature layers, web maps, or web apps to do testing on configuration, layout, etc.

Would be great to have a widget that could be configured to turn on a single layer or combinations of layers. So if I had a web app that had 20 layers in it, I could have the widget turn on a chunk of the layers (like all transportation related layers) rather than having people have to go into the layer list and turn on each layer individually.
