Hi @Ed_ , This is expected behavior. The screenshot provided (thanks for that) shows the overflow ellipses ([...]) at the bottom right hand corner of the table frame. This indicates that there is not enough space to display all the data for the columns/rows in the current bounding box of the table frame. As you make this bounding box larger, there will be more space for more data (columns/rows) to draw. Likewise, if you make the box smaller there will be less room and less data will display. What displays also depends on table frame and table frame columns settings such as the selected table frame fitting strategy and font sizes. Hi @JonJones1 This is expected behavior. The basemap services are designed to display features/labels with set symbology at certain scales, whether the service is in a map view or displayed in a map frame on page layout. The current map scale (or the map view or of the map frame) will determine what layer/labels will be visible as your screenshots demonstrate. I'm aware or no "override" functions or capabilities to change any scale dependent rendering of service layer features/labels. These instructions are set on the server. However, I do believe, if the service is a vector tile service, that you can customize the service. This may allow you to control the scale-based labeling in a customized view of the service layer. @ShannonJ - Thanks for submitting a bug! I was able to take a quick look at the data provided in the bug and was able to reproduce the issue using ArcGIS Pro 3.1. I was not able to reproduce the issue using a beta version of 3.2. It is quite possible that his issue got resolved as part of a different bug fix. I recommend that you, @SH_DH and anyone else running into an issue with the display of rotated map graphics monitor the BUG for official confirmation of it's status. Thanks for the feedback! Hi @GayleNeufeld Though some users are more comfortable with the "wizard" experience ArcMap provided for grids and graticules there were fundamental issues and limitations with this approach in supporting all the various types of grids (MGRS, custom, etc...) and in incorporating new functionality. A new approach was needed. We understand that a number of users find using the formatting tags cumbersome. Grids are complicated. There are a multitude of variables to consider. Designing an easy-to-use UI that is also robust, supports even the most complicated grid arrangements and allows for customization is no small task. The good news is all the functionality that a UI would expose is already there. The bad news is you will have to work with tags, however, you do not have to become a coding expert in order to make a change. You want your labels to display in Decimal Degrees. The first two examples in the help topic Work with grid label tags are for Decimal Degrees. To use either of these you can copying the tags right from the help and pasting it over the current tags in your existing grid. I've also included the tags here: <dyn type="grid" units="dd" decimalPlaces="3" zeroPad="True" showDirections="True" directionSeparator=" "/> <dyn type="grid" units="dd" decimalPlaces="3" zeroPad="True" showDirections="False" showSymbol="False"/> Once you have a grid you like saving this to a style so you can reuse your grid for other layouts. Saving to a style is covered at the end of this tutorial - Tutorial: Work with a graticule. By creating styles from your most common grid configurations you should find your workflow as efficient as it was in ArcMap. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi @KanjMadi1 , I think you can accomplish what you want by setting constraint on the inset/overview map frame and set the intersecting layer to be the "big plot" layer. Here is an example using US State as the "bigger" polygon layer and US counties as the "smaller" polygons. The map series index layer is the smaller polygon counties layer. In the layout the "main" map frame - which sets the extent for each country feature - is at the top and the inset/overview map frame is at the bottom as you can see in the following screenshot. The element pane (right side of the screenshot) shows the map constraint properties for this map frame. "Bigger polygons" is the name I used for US States. As you can see this layer is being used as an intersecting layer. When I export to PDF I get this result. I think this is the kind of result you are looking for. Sorry for the confusion. Layout graphics, or other layout elements, cannot be sandwiched between map layers. They can only be sandwiched between other layout elements (ex: legend, scale bar, etc...). The map frame is a layout element. It is the container for the map. Another way of thinking about this is the "space" that each element resides in. Map layers and graphics reside in geographic space (measured in decimal degrees, meters, feet...), while layout elements reside in page space (measured in inches, MM, points). Though you can view both spaces when viewing a layout - you can only interact with the geographic space when you activate a map frame. When the map frame is not active you are working in page space. Currently there is no way to convert elements/graphics from one space to the other. Tom

Hi @DavidSolari Currently, map graphics and layout graphics are independent. There is no way to copy one from the other. Also, the drawing order of map features and graphics in a layout is contained in the map frame. You can only order the drawing of the map frame (and all within) as whole with other layout elements. You cannot specify parts of the map (ex: graphics) to draw "outside" of the map frame. If you want map graphics to draw on top of layout elements, but want to the other parts of the map (ex: features, basemap) to draw below the layout elements you will need to create separate layout graphics. Hi @SarahRijneke I've confirmed that dynamic layout elements do honor layer clipping. Since the "extra" features are right along the edge of the clip shape, my guess is that the symbology of the points intersect with the edge of the clip shape and are counted as being in view. To confirm this you can set the border symbol of the clip to 0 and do a page zoom (not a map zoom) into the area of interest. You may find that features, or part of the symbol, are visible. For example, in the screenshots below I have 2 point layers with the same geometry. One is clipped (masked) while the other is not. There is a legend that shows the count of features visible in the map frame. Here you see that there are 3 "Masked" features. I've moved a feature to the edge of the outside of the clip shape (highlighted in yellow). The number of visible "Masked" features has increased and is now 4. At first glance it appears that this feature is not visible and that the visible feature count reported by the legend is incorrect. However, if I zoom into the page (not the map), I see a sliver of the "blue star" symbol of the "Masked" layer. If the symbol is visible, even if very small, it counts. Currently there is no way to set a tolerance level for how much of the symbol needs to be visible to be counted. As a work around I would suggest copying the tree location layer into a new layer with a symbology of 1 point in size. I would place this layer at the bottom of the layer order so that it would not draw on top of any other layer. I would use this layer to derive my count. This should help in most of these edge cases. Hi @SarahRijneke It is possible that the extra10 features in the count are features that are on the edge of the map frame, maybe "hidden" by the border of the map frame, and were not selected. To troubleshoot try setting the map frame border to 0. See if you have tree features along the edge. You may also use the dynamic text "Values" and list the ID of the visible features and compare this to the the features you see in the map frame (you may need to turn on the labels for the layer). It it is still a mystery you may be running into a bug. If so, we would need more information to properly troubleshoot. Hope this helps, Tom

@CordulaGöke - As I stated in my reply it appears that you are running into 2 issues: (1) the TOC/legend is not showing changes you make in the Symbology pane and (2) when you export a layout the legend in the exported file does not match what you see in the layout view. You have found a work around to issue (2) by using ArcPy to export. Please let me know if I have misunderstood your posts. Unfortunately, given the current information I have to work with, I cannot reproduce either issue with my own steps/data. Reproducible steps to recreate the problem are needed in order for the programmer to debug the code and come up with a solution. Seeing a problem posted on Community is not enough. We have to be able to reproduce the problem. Otherwise, we are just guessing. Community is not a bug tracking system. Sometimes an issue reported on Community is easy to reproduce and an internal bug can be logged. However, many issues require a better and deeper understanding of the details involved in the issue (what are the steps taken before encountering the issue, what is the data being used, what renderer is being used for the layer, is there scale dependencies involved, etc... there can be many variables). I'm sorry that you have had a frustrating experience with support, but they are better equipped to process bugs and I would encourage you to contact them concerning these issues. Tom
