Blake, You need to define the lookup layers when you config the app. I will add an enhancement to trap the issue when no lookup layers are defined.

Mike, I tested here and I am able to create jumpers using a double. I would log a tech support call and see if they can help you. Also, check you dataframe and make sure you are in a coordinate system that is meters.

Andy, Can you provide us some additional details on what you are looking to do? If you are looking to auto generate the service lines and you have meters and mains, we have a tool in our water toolset that can be configured for gas to help you out. Mike

When the editors perform an edit, does the sequence in the Generate ID increment? If the other editor refreshes the table, does the new value show up? Is there any messaging in the Attribute Assistant logs?

Bill, I have never tried the COALESCE function and not sure it is supported. We are using the msscriptcontrol to evaluate the expression which is very limited. Have you tried a simpler version of your statement make sure it works? The "Expression" rule is the same, no matter how it is triggered. Some rules have trigger event filters, but this one does not.

I believe this might be related to a bug that was logged a few weeks ago(NIM099431). We resolved the issue and it will be included in the next release.

The select edge by junction count tool may help you select these, then maybe use the Attribute Assistant to get the X,Y coordinate at the end of the culverts. Then export this to excel, make an x,y event layer and load to your point layer. X Coordinate rule: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/localgovernment/10.1/index.html#/X_coordinate/028s000000mm000000/

Sandra, Can you add the table to ArcMap, uncheck the option to perform a versioned edit and see if you can edit that table manually using one of the editors logins? The tools perform an unversioned edit to the table to increment the IDs.

Oh, then I bet it already fixed. We made a lot of those fixes at 10.1. We will not be updating 10.0. We are finalizing our 10.1 Quality Improvement Patch testing and should have it out shortly.

That could be it. We tried hard to allow you to use the TOC name, or even the Dataset name minus the owner and table, but this one might have slipped through. If this resolves the issue, I can add a bug to the tools and get it resolved in next release.
