We’re doing some research into how the Attribute Assistant is being used. We’d like to see what rules you are using and how you configured your dynamic value table. This information will help us plan for the future. We want to know what are the most common rules. We also want to see your gnarly and complicated rules to see how far the Attribute Assistant is being pushed. So please share your dynamic value table along with any comments you have in this thread. We appreciate your help on this effort! Thanks, Mike ArcGIS Solutions PS: If you don’t know what the Attribute Assistant is (or aren’t sure if you are using it already) no worries. You can learn more about Attribute Assistant on the ArcGIS Solution site here.

I have seen this issue when there are true curves in the data. Try a generalize first. This should remove all the curves and product the proper JSON.

What I do not see is the Value Set statement, it is not logging anything after Checking Class. After this statement it does two checks. 1: sourceFeature.Class != inFeature.Class. Checks to see if edited feature is a different class from the feature class with the data Since you are listing SecondaryUGLineSection as a lookup layer and the edited layer is SecondaryUGLineSection, I think the above check is not valid, so on to the second check 2: if (sourceFeature.Class == inFeature.Class && sourceFeature.OID != inFeature.OID): If the layers are in the same class and are the same feature, do nothing. I think this is what is going on. Cant copy a value from itself. I would try adding the |P at the end of value info and see what info is presented to you. Also, try taking the same class out of the intersecting feature

What do you mean forgets what to do, is the AA not working, does the icon on the toolbar change? If you toggle it on and off, does it work? Anything in the log file that might help us isolate the issue?

The securityhandlerhelper is part of the ArcRestHelper. Can you verify this is installed? Also, what sample are you following, we have not upgraded all samples and if you add an issue on the ArcRest github repo we will get it upgraded for you.

Yes, ArcRest can definitely do what you are looking for. You need to do it in two operations. First you need to add the item, second, call publish on that item. When I craft a script in ArcREST, I used fiddler and complete the operations using ArcGIS.com. I watch the traffic and reproduce that in python.

No, I am referring to the uppercase/lowercase of your login name. Like My user name is MikeSolutions. When I log in through the arcgis.com. I could use mikesolutions, as the oauth security endpoint does not care about case for username. But when I log in an app, like Survey123, the uses the generate token security endpoint, it fails as this end point is case sensitive. I have to use MikeSolutions. To verify the case of your name, I would log into ArcGIS.com and find your name in your profile and use it exactly. Mike

Kim, One thing to verify is the case of your name and password. ArcGIS Online lets you mix case when logging in(which uses the oauth login to generate a token), but the generate token endpoint does not. I would log in and verify the user name case. This has trip me up more than once with other solutions. Stuart, With the addition of the filtering per layer, we felt that option was need required anymore. We are open to adding it back, so if you would like to see the select by query, please log an enhancement request on the support site or create an idea on the ideas sites. We are also in the planning stages of a new widget that will allow you to filter many layers with one value. So by using these two widgets, you may be able to produce the same results.
