Hello, I have a GeoForm from ArcGIS Online template. Do we have mulitple addresses to add on geoform at one time to submit? For example, all the information is the same to fill out except mulitple different addresses at one time to submit? To avoid repeat to fill out same information except address. Please advise! I got this message. It is a template geoform from ArcGIS Online I used. I checked web map with layers and it is working fine but geoform is no longer working. Please assist. Thank you. Unable to create map: A valid layer to create the GeoForm was not found. If the GeoForm has been configured with a layer, the layer may no longer be available, or authorization failed.

Derek, Thank you for your time to reply my questions. I reviewed the documentation you provided. I don't have Portal for ArcGIS. Is it possible to use ArcGIS Online instead? I noticed public accounts are not supported. How do I create named users under ArcGIS Online organization? I already have main account as admin for ArcGIS Online Organization. Hello, I read documentation from Do you use Collector for ArcGIS | Questions & Answers . I am not clear about named users ArcGIS Online hosted feature service AND ArcGIS Server from SDE geodatabase. I am planning to create tree inventory with possibly attachments for inspectors. Do you recommend ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Server? If using ArcGIS Server, how do I connect insecptors for track editors since they are non- GIS users? If using ArcGIS Online hosted feature services, can it connect to SDE geodatabase directly?
