Hello, I have Survey123 set as default field with drop down list. So whatever I submit, the field is ready as default. So for ArcMap 10.5.1 or ArcGIS Online, I want Survey123 the same way as set default. Please advise! I am not sure what group to put this in. Thank you!

James, I selected only 'add features'. I tested it on survey123 field app. It said Send Error code 400 when I tried to edit it and resend it. I can see that it is unable to edit on inbox for users as inspectors. When I tried to test on web map browser on desktop, I realized it doesn't let you to edit it. Is there a way for specific users such as manager/supervisor to edit it? Please advise. Thank you again.

I discovered it wasn't working because the time was enable on web map and it was crash every time I add layer or log in. I disabled the time and this is working on google chrome. Futhermore, the internet explorer isn't working to add that specify NFHL layer. I need to check with the requirements for internet broswers. Thank you.
