Hey Brendan, It may be possible to edit these values through the Administrator API: ArcGIS REST API - Overview. If you are seeing that this is a common issue, it's possible that a bug is present and I would recommend contacting Esri Support Services to investigate further. -Scott

Hey Robert, This link may provide more information on this error you're encountering: 001487: Failed to update the published service with the server-side data location. Could you give a little more background on your publishing process? Are you using ArcMap 10.3.1 while publishing to ArcGIS Server 10.3.1? Are you copying data or referencing its location using the Data Store? If you're using the Data Store, how has your data been referenced there? It appears that there may be an issue with one of those aspects of the process. -Scott

Hey Randall, Would you be able to reach out to Esri Support Services? This issue may require further investigation and they would be a good resource to get you on the right track. This issue could be a one time occurrence where the Sync Tools service has crashed, causing the process to fail as well. Before attempting to sync again, log into ArcGIS Server Manager and verify that System/SyncTools is running. If it crashes again, there may be another variable with the data to investigate. -Scott

Hey Randall, What is the URL you've used to add the service to AutoCAD? Also, would you be able to install Fiddler (https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddlerhttps://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler) to see what HTTP requests are being made when you attempt to sync, and what the response may be? -Scott

Hey Kevin, Can you tell me a little more about your web map? What basemap does it contain? How many feature layers are in the web map? Do these feature layers have any non-nullable fields? If so, what does the existing data look like - are all non-nullable fields properly configured? Additionally, how much free space is available on the device you are attempting to download the map to? Any additional information you can provide related to these topics can help us clarify where the issue is occurring. Thanks, Scott

Hey Kyle, Are you referencing these secured services in your web map using HTTPS? If so, are you using a trusted CA certificate on your ArcGIS Server? When navigating to the secured service URL in a web browser on your Android device, are you able to view the REST endpoint (ex. https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/CommercialDamageAssessment/FeatureServer )? Are you prompted for credentials, and are you able to reach the service endpoint? If possible, could you configure Fiddler to act as a proxy on your Android device, so we can determine what kind of failure is occurring with these secure services? The blogs below provide some general steps used to set up Fiddler as a proxy on Android as well as iOS: http://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/configure-fiddler/tasks/configureforandroid Configure Fiddler to Capture Web Traffic from an iPhone/iPad | Support Services Blog Let me know if you have any questions or concerns with the suggestions above. Thanks, Scott

Hey Brian, The help documentation below states that images and videos are currently supported as attachment types in Collector for ArcGIS on Windows: Work with attachments—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS There is also an idea that is currently proposed on our Ideas Site to allow other attachment types in Collector: ArcGIS Idea - Collector support for other file and hyperlink types If you agree with the idea, please feel free to log in and promote it. Adding your own use case to the comments can help build a clearer user story for other attachment types. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Scott

Hey Nicolas, This error has previously been identified and was actually a bug between Collector and the Web Adaptor (BUG-000081991). I've included the workaround below, which should be applied to IIS on the machine hosting the Web Adaptor: Increase the uploadReadAheadSize value on Internet Information Services (IIS) to fix the issue: 1. Launch IIS Manager. 2. Select the site that is hosting the web application. 3. In the Features section, double-click Configuration Editor. 4. Under Section, select 'system.webServer', then 'serverRuntime'. 5. Modify the 'uploadReadAheadSize' section to 20 MB (Bytes). 6. Click Apply. I would recommend reading up on 'uploadReadAheadSize' here for more information: UploadReadAheadSize
