If you can setup your own basemap gallery within your organization (defining a group to populate the basemap gallery) you can save off this configuration and share it to the group that will contain all the maps you want as basemaps.

This is because in the basemap the gray oceans(HG_Detail) are in the reference layers. When a layer is in the reference layers of the basemap it will appear on top of all the content. If you move that layer down to base layers you will see it appear like the gray canvas

I am not seeing this issue on the latest version of chrome using the web map and WAB app you provided. That error above makes it look like the services are either timing out or no longer accessible while the app is loading. If you are able to look at network or console logs while loading these maps and apps and catch any errors can help us see what the issue could be. I'll keep spot checking to see if I get any loading errors still.

It is possible if the symbol layer(stroke or fills) has an offset effect. So in Pro if you published this symbol in a web style with an offset effect that isnt 0 (could be 0.001 for example) the offset gets written to the symbol structure and Map Viewer will honor this. Right now if you publish it from Pro with the 0 the effect is getting dropped. We are working with the Pro team to try and get that persisted in this scenario so the full symbol structure gets persisted across from Pro to Web in the web map, layer items and web styles.

This is as designed. If you go to the list view and click on a feature popup how would you expect to get back to the cluster summary popup? If we didn't report that summary in the list then the count of the list of popups for that cluster would not be accurate and leaving the cluster summary would mean to get back you would have to click on the cluster again.

I couldn't reproduce this issue with my org. Are you able to look at the network traffic when you open up that Import from existing and see if the /sharing/rest/portals/self/roles query comes back with results? Also have you cleared your cache to see if that has resolved anything? cc @JacobLias1

This is because the relationship style along with predominance uses a valueexpression to calculate the values being assigned to color and this needs to be a field and cannot be an arcade expression within an arcade expression. You could add new fields and use the arcade expression to calculate those field values and then use those new fields for the relationship style.

Thanks, looks like I have the layers loading now. It looks like no draw order is set in the web map for that layer when published so the default is set to however the features are returned by the service. If you go into the styles panel and toggle on "display features in value order" you will have them respect the ordering set within the types panel and will update as you reorder them.
