Hmm, can you check the network traffic and compare the two print requests? Open the developer tools in the browser of choice, and look at the execute request when printing and compare the two payloads. Hi @KonstantinArbogastEBP, thanks for posting your question here. I looked at your sample code, and I think there's an issue with the min/max scales. For example, for label class 2, the minscale is smaller than the maxscale. I don't think this is possible. The Runtime products are designed to work with MMPKs, but I don't think this is a typical use case for the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript. An easier workflow would be to publish a webmap to a portal. ... View more
