Anne, I have seen this, and it depended on whether we used normal or best quality settings, and it also depended on the quality of the paper that we used. When we used best quality and a higher quality of paper we were closer to what we saw on the screen.

Mohammad, did you upgrade your server install or did you uninstall the previous version and then add a fresh install of ArcGIS 10.6? Here is a help that sounds familiar to this: https://community.esri.com/thread/208548-error-500-upgrade-1051-to-106-arcgis-server

Take your count field squared * 0.0002471054 (if your cell size is in meters) or 0.000022956 (if your cell size is in feet) in order to get your acres. First add an acres field to make this calculation in, then just sum the acres field.

We are currently using this in a number of our web app's, for what you are doing this may not be a major work load, and with adding another server to load balance the system this should help as well, because if one is being used for processing it will flip the load to the other server. Do you have an ArcGIS server license? If so you can create a map service of your geoprocessing service and serve it from your server, this will not consume any credits.

Joe, thank you for the information, I believe that this could be an issue, especially if people are bringing nonspatial tabular data or spatial tabular data that was created in EXCEL or some other DB format. This makes sense, after reading the chain. There have been times years ago where I have calculated the field to Null, in stead of clicking the box in the geodatabase that allows you to accept Null values, and I have seen the issue that you posted, not knowing the difference.

Thank you John for the information about the size of data that you are working with, I am currently working off of a much smaller size dataset. My largest dataset for my model was a slope raster (30m cell size resampled to a 90m cell size) for my county of interest. Just checking and over half of my CPU can be used just to zoom in/out of my project.

Interesting, if you don't mind sharing what is your computer set up? I have seen the opposite with my computer, it would be good to know, so that anyone else who maybe thinking about jumping to Pro, may need to do a computer upgrade. Here are my computer's credentials: Windows 7 Professional Intel Core i7-6700 CPU@ 3.4GHz 16 GB RAM (15.9 GB usable) 64 bit- Operating System 238 GB HD (I believe this is limited because we have moved to Solid State Drives, and this is the give/take area I wish I had at least a 500 GB HD) I do have 2 external drives to place all of my projects on when working on the computer locally. Thank you. Chad

Thank you Jay for adding the information about the publishing of map services, I will be moving in that direction later this Spring into the Summer. Were there any specific issues that you ran into while setting up the services? Thank you once again.

Kory, this is what I was looking for, I did not know this was available in the catalog in Pro, but Thomas brings up a good point. Can I preview all layers in an existing map document from ArcGIS desktop in pro? If not, having the ability to drag and drop layers from my existing map document into a pro map would be great, because once I have created a new project, generally I do not want to open another existing map document into that project. I know that I do not want to import the project just to drag out the layers I need and delete the rest.

Thank you Steve for your list, this is why I started this thread, for the good and the bad, a place where they both can be mentioned. Items are able to be made better when the bad is discussed.
