I really don't think any complex or intensive tasks should be done in model builder, it's flaky and often more convoluted than a python script. It seems like some simple logic (if there's a file there already --> skip it! kind of stuff) would ease your burdens. If you don't want to go whole hog you could insert little scripts into your model and go from there. Happy to help you if you need.

I don't have a stack to play with at the moment unfortunately so I can only say from memory, did you also allow uploads when setting up the GP widget?

Your label placement should be set to 'Land Parcel' or similar for this to take effect. This will of-course stop small island nations showing-up. A quick fix for this would be to duplicate the layer and use definition queries to filter the display, and adjust label properties accordingly. You could alternatively control the amount of over-run in the over-run properties.

Sure thing: It's hidden away in the placement properties (how about calling it size and placement esri?)

Is this in ArcMap or Pro? there are several options to adjust the font size proportionally. Figure 2 is likely aided by proportional sized text, but almost certainly not solely by it, I am sure those are annotations.

I would probably do it with python or other language, there's probably be a simpler way which I'm not aware of (as is mostly the case!) If you upload a csv of the data I could write it up, or a sample of the schema if you do not wish to send the dataset.

You need the data to all be in one table not multiple, unless you only wish to show it through each decade. The problem is that time is not read along the columns, you need to replicate a feature for every time.

What exactly are you having issues with Daniel? My first step would be to make the join permanent by saving it as a new feature.

It's possibly mangling different filetypes. Perhaps try throwing them into a geodatabase which might manage them more effectively, then trying those gdb rasters as inputs. And thanks for introducing me to the Combine tool!

Your IDE is probably tied to a different library. It can become a bit of a nightmare. I'd suggest either running the code in an ArcGIS Pro or arcmap python window, or right-clicking on your .py file and selecting 'Open with IDLE ArcGIS Pro' or similar.

perhaps Upgrade metadata to the ArcGIS format—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation If you do eventually find the answer it would be great to know, as I'm sure I'll bump into the same problem in the future.
