Hello! I am having the same problem as the original poster. I teach GIS labs at a university. The students used ArcGIS online to create a web map during a virtual lab. Then brought in the web map into Pro to create a layout. The legend for census tracts showed the opposite in the map display. See attached. Any progress on this bug? Thanks!!

I was so happy to find this question since I've been struggling with the same bug. I cleaned my date values and even deleted the old creator date fields and only left one date field that doesn't have any null values. And it still won't show up in Pro 2.5.2! is there any news on this lately?

I'm having a similar problem. I see lot's of red in the Console area. I think the student used urls to insert picture. Is there a workaround for this?

Hi Ken, This absolutely worked. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It is annoying that this is the answer as I actually don't want the time option enabled. Once it was published I disabled the time option in the item details page. Thanks again, Beth

I’m working on a simple point layer with dates, cases and death values. It starts off as a csv, then in Pro I export to point layer to my project database. It looks great until I share it as a web layer. When I check it on AGOL, the attribute table shows a shift by one day. So for example (Screen shot) the data should start on 1/22 and end on 4/13, but as you can see the online version starts on 1/21 and ends 4/12. It shifts all the values off in the same direction so the totals from 4/13 are showing on 4/12. I have completely started over 3 times and tried publishing every way I know how and it still happens. It also happened from 2 different files. I really can’t imagine how or why it does this. Any experience in dealing with this? Any help is super appreciated. THANKS! Beth Here's the link to the shared layer https://services.arcgis.com/ak2bo87wLfUpMrt1/arcgis/rest/services/UR_COVID_USA_Time_Series/FeatureServer

I actually figured out that the text for all graphics had been set to white. I switched all colors back to default and all the pop-ups work now!

Hi Derek! Thanks so much for looking into this. I had to delete the map element from the dashboard (which also deleted all dependents) and add it back. Things seem to work until I disabled one of the pop-ups in the map on AGOL. Then all pop-ups on the dashboard no longer worked, including the legend and layer visibility list. Despite changing the pop-up setting and closing and refreshing and switching browsers, the pop-ups no longer work. I guess i temporarily switch the source of the elements to my other embedded map and delete/re-add the VA map. I figured out a way to remove the layer that i didn't want the pop-ups on. At least I figured out where the bug is! I changed the dashboard quite a bit too. ArcGIS Dashboards Cheers, Beth

I have the same issue. None of my pop-ups are working in my dashboard maps. I disabled them in the underlying web map because it looked worse to have a blank pop-up. I thought it was a layer issue but it's not working even for ESRI Living Atlas layers like the COVID Case layers like this one. COVID-19 Cases US. Here's a couple screen shots and links to my public items. I hope you can help!! Thanks! Web map: https://arcg.is/0rTyCH ArcGIS Dashboards

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me change the Enterprise sign in button text that shows our Organization name. I've attached the screen shot. It shows our org name twice. I've looked at all the org settings and don't see where this is being pulled from. Even more confusing is that it was fine for a long time and then one day it showed the double name. We do not use the enterprise option so the customize option articles I read didn't seem to apply. Any help?

It is the community involvement aspect that concerns me most. It's still very unclear to me how the two organizations effect each other (uni org and hub community org). There doesn't seem to be the level of control to say this hub can have outside participants and this one can't since it's set on the hub org settings. I have turned off the Security setting "Logins\Social\Allow members to sign up and sign in to your org using their login from Facebook or Google" but one could imagine how multiple hub sites would have different needs. Like i could produce a hub site that sought public participation but I wouldn't want a student to be able to create a hub site and without even knowing it, allow outside users to sign up. Is there a way to approve these logins or is there a setting under each hub initiative to lock this?

I have the same question as the OP. I manage a university AGOL organization account so we have 500+ users. We have just started to created test hub pages and have the Premium hub license which allows outside user participation. I just had a student create a hub initiative on her own and I'd like to restrict this to at least a higher user role. I should also say that we already use custom roles and that students need to be able to publish publicly for other content. Is there any way of restricting this? Or can you clarify how the hub community aspect is the same as sharing a storymap? Thanks!! Beth

Hello everyone, I work at a university and regularly need to make ArcGIS Pro projects that I want students to copy and paste from a server on to a local drive. I sometimes use project packages but in certain instances, the referenced files are huge and I don't want them to download for 5 minutes (much less take up a bunch of space on a lab computer). I need to be able to make a .aprx file that can be copied to a new location and NOT have all the data links broken. Seems like such a simple thing. For example, I open Pro, name it inside a project folder. I add a folder connection to where 2 large raster images are located. I add them to the map document. The images both have full paths \\servername\Sfolder\Ssubfolder...I save and close the project. Use a windows browser to copy and paste the whole project folder to a new location like local drive S:\Lfolder and open the project. The links are broken. Upon inspection, the data source has been changed to S:\folder\Sfolder\Ssubfolder... Is there any way of avoiding this? Thanks for any and all help!!! Beth

Hello, I have a complicated Survey123 that I need to transfer to another organization. I use the copy function in Online Assistant to transfer the feature service layer. However, the form and the service definition items are not available to copy. I've read that you can zip up the survey project folder, send it and then the new org can Create New Survey, from file. What about the connect to the feature service? Where do you update the url link? I'm still trying to understand the file structure and connections of Survey123. Any help is super appreciated. If it helps, both organizations are universities that do not run enterprise platforms. Thanks so much!

Has anyone figured out a solution to this problem? I'm the admin for a large organization that produces many web maps used for data collection in Collector. Only some of the web maps have the issue of -working perfectly in Classic but won't open in new Collector and shows the token error. The new version of Collector is so much better I'd prefer never to use Classic. It gets confusing for the users who may need to download 2 separate apps just to collect data. The web map that I'm currently working on only has one layer and was created spring of this year so it's not particularly old.
