Hi, If you want to remove individual TPK files you'll need to follow these instruction Sync and manage offline map areas—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. Basically you'll need to save the 'Basemaps' folder to your PC, then delete the individual folders for each TPK you want removed off your device. You'll then copy back the updated 'Basemaps' folder to its original location in iTunes and restart Collector to see the change. Unfortunately its not an easy click and delete for individual TPKS as it would to delete all of them in one shot. Let me know if you have any further questions. Carol

HI Candice, Each basemap requires its own webmap in order to take it offline. So yes you can have multiple basemaps on your device but you would need separate webmaps for each one you want to take offline. Let me know if you have further questions. Carol

Hi Candice To remove your Basemap. You need to click on the burger icon in the upper left corner, then click On Device. Within the On Device screen you will see Maps and Basemaps. Click on Maps. You will see all your offline maps. For the map you want to remove the basemap from ,click the overflow menu (...) then click remove. You will have an option to remove the features or both features and basemap. Here you would would select feature and basemap. This would remove the basemap off your device. Regarding the second part of your question on selecting another basemap. Do you want use the default basemap but define a new area for your existing map or do you want to download a new basemap to your device and use that with the same map? -Carol

I am happy you were able to get over this issue by republishing your layer. As for reason it is hard to tell since we cannot reproduce this in house. Without access to the map it is difficult to find a cause.

Hi, I have tried to reproduce your steps above with 10.4.2 Collector and our latest release 17.0.1. I have not been successful in seeing the sync error. Would you be able to share your map with me? If so can you create a group and add carol_nitro to your org for testing. Otherwise you could upload a video of your workflow that shows the sync failure. Thanks Carol

Hello Jenn, Are they plugging their device straight into the power outlet? Is Collector running when they are charging the device? If you could provide more details of your environment that would help. One thing I could suggest is to put your device to airplane mode while charging and see if that makes any difference. Thanks Carol

Thanks for the screenshot Chris. The username should look like this domain\username. In your screenshot you are using a forward slash instead of the backslash.

You mentioned in your email the following: "The map loads it will ask for my authentication but after adding my authentication the sign in button remains grayed out" When it prompts you for credentials if you are using your domain credentials to sign in you would have to enter it this way in the username field: yourdomain\username, then enter your password. You'll see next to the word "Domain" below that it displays your domain name. You should then be able to select the sign in button and the layers should appear. Let me know if you that is not the case. Thanks Carol

Hi Chris, I assume the same webmap opens fine in Collector for iOS? Do you get prompted for credentials on iOS too? What version of ArcGIS server do you have? Is this an on Premise portal and what version is it ? What kind of authentication does the Portal have (IWA, Hosted...??) Thanks Carol

Not a problem Ed. I would suggest you try to isolate the issue by adding one layer at a time in your op view and see if it loads. You may have already done so? -Carol

Hi, To use Operations Dashboard you need to have an organizational account . You can find a lot of good information in our documentation if you have any further question. Here is the link to sharing an operation view and the requirements. http://doc.arcgis.com/en/operations-dashboard/windows-desktop/user/op-view-sharing.htm Thanks Carol
