Raluca, 1) just write it like this: map.on("load", function () {
#What you want happen when the map is loaded
}); This function will run once when the map is loaded. You would follow the same steps for your layers. 2) Once everything you want to happen in your map is done just close it with )}; Hope this makes sense. Tim

You could always create a table in excel, leave enough room in the first row so you can put your colors in. Once you have finished your table in excel, select your whole table and click CTRL + V and then rightclick in in the white space next to your map in layout view and click paste. This will put the table in your map. Resize it and put it where you need it. To get the colors from your legend, select your legend, rightclick and choose convert to graphics. Select it again and right-click and click ungroup. Now click each line and do the same. Now you will have a graphic for each color. Just move the color in the excel table you have brought in. I know this is very cumbersome but that is how I would do it.

Andy, Scripts like that won't work in AGOL. You can however have a copy in ArcGIS Dektop of that data. Just run your code there and then sync your data with the ArcGIS Online data. Hope this helps! Tim

Daniel, make sure you set your permissions of your map to share with everybody. On the upper right of your map click on "Share" and then check "Everyone (Public)". This should make it work. Tim

Daniel, to be able to host a shapefile/feature service, you would need ArcGIS Server. You can however zip your shapefile and add it to a webmap. Sign into your arcgis online account, go here http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?useExisting=1 , on the top left click on Add -> Add layer from File and navigate to your zipped shapefile. Now save your map, this will produce the numbers you need in your navigation bar. Hope this helps! Tim

Hi there! Maybe use a find task and find parameters to identify you features? If you just use the info window, you might run into issues with overlaping features. In this example you can scroll through each feature. Tim

Not that I'm aware of. Depending on how knowledgeable you are with javascript, you can almost do anything, unless they strictly say it can only be done with a certain ArcGIS tool that you might not be able to access since you don;t have ArcServer.
