Antti, 1) When I try to log in with my developer account nothing happens, it just goes back to the sign in page asking me to put in my information, 2) I believe ArcGIS online attachments work different than the desktop attachments. When I had the trial version of the ArcGIS organizational account, I was able to upload a feature service through ArcGIS Desktop and once it was uploaded I could enable attachments in its properties in "My Content". Thanks, Tim

Hi there! In your mxd on the main toolbar click on Insert -> Data Frame I also recommend to then right click the new data frame -> properties -> frame choose a border and as background choose white. This will make it stand out more. In this Data frame you can put for example a Nevada state shapefile and your oil lease shapefile. You can move this map wherever you like into your main map. Hope this helps!

Hi, I have recently created an ArcGIS Online developer account and after testing it some time I had a couple of questions" 1) I am able to log into the ArcGIS Collector app on my IOS device, but I am not able to log into the ArcGIS app. Am I doing something wrong? 2) I have uploaded a feature service through ArcGIS Desktop. Once uploaded I was looking to activate the ability to add attachments, but I was unable to find where I can do that. When I had the trial version of the ArcGIS Online Organization account I was able to do that. Any help would be appreciated! Tim

You are right there is no label button, but you can try this: http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2011/11/21/adding-labels-to-arcgis-online-web-maps-part-1/ http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2011/12/08/adding-labels-to-arcgis-online-web-maps-part-2/ Hope this helps!

You can do it if the document is saved on a webserver, you can't if it is saved locally. Here is an example of how to use hyperlinks. http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2012/10/04/url-parameters-in-pop-ups/

With e free account you can customize your symbols somewhat. However you will need to upload the symbols somewhere and then link to that symbol by clicking on "Add an image" in your "Change Symbol" pop up box. I have attached a little tutorial on how to do that! With a paid subscription, you can use any symbol that is available to your via ArcGIS Desktop. Once you setup the layer in an MXD like you want it to look, you can just connect through ArcGIS Desktop to your ArcGIS Online account and upload the feature service. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/index.html#//010q00000087000000 If you have an ArcGIS server you can do the same thing, but you don't need a paid ArcGIS Online subscription This should help you with the pop-up box. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/index.html#/About_displaying_attributes_with_pop_up_windows/010q0000004s000000/ Hope this helps!

If you dont have any luck with that, you can always build a topology and use the "Must not have dangles" rule outlined here: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Geodatabase_topology_rules_and_topology_error_fixes/01mm0000000m000000/

I don't think that's possible. Outside free accounts only have access to public groups.

Maybe right click your attachment in ArcGIS online and look at the properties to get an idea where it is saved?

Did you try and download the the feature service as a shapefile, I think that includes the attachments? You can do that by navigating in your ArcGIS Online account to the feature service, click on the feature service and then there should be a dropdown box just below it where you can save it as a shapefile.

Try this, make a point layer out of your cvs and then reproject this layer, using this tool, to fit all your other layers. Once you have your GPS layer reprojected you might need to open a new mxd and add all the layers.

Maybe export your model to python and then insert a script that uses your input names and creates the output naming?
