If you have a paid subscription, you can upload a featured tile service. Open ArcGIS desktop, add your street centerline data and label it how you want it. Once you configured it how you would like it to look like, you can upload it to your account as a feature tile service. It is important to state, the bigger that file is the more credits you will consume. Depending on how many streets/address points you have this can be quite expensive. Another way to this is if you have a ArcGIS web server. You can just host it there and add it to your ArcGIS online map, without having to use any credits. Those are the only ways at this moment. The limit you might run in to is performance based. Lets say you if have a lot of Polygons the performance will suffer. To fix the performance issue you can upload tiled feature services, but this will cost a lot of credits. To see how credits work read this.
